We were staying the night before for a flight to the airport of viracopos. excellent service. we really liked the very good room with space, kitchen to make a quick meal, reception and garage staff very helpful and attentive.

Pre-air travel

Hotel with good structure and Excel this view. The reception manager could be nicer, but the other employees are excellent, very friendly.. Good room, full space and beautiful view, but the pillows are bad and there is no room reservation, we need to request at the reception and release only when available, although the bed is excellent, I got a tremendous back pain because of the pillows. I suggest improving this item.. Careful restaurant staff. Very good breakfast.. Clean and friendly cleaning team always neat, clean and nice when crossing with the guests, parabens. My room was flawless.. Meeting room needs to have a curtain in the window, besides very clear a curtain for the guests in a train, a business sucker, also the possibility of removing the swimming pool table, the possibility of removing the visor from the table, please.

Nice and comfortable hotel.

Very rude staff, especially Luana in the reception.

We were offered a PNE room for the unavailability of others but it wasn't mentioned that in this room the BWC had no door (very uncomfortable situation). The shower in one of the rooms didn't run out of water and nothing was done and we were still confronted that nothing was wrong. And to close with the golden key, the television cabinet fell all over my foot and the contempt of the service was kept. The solution was given by an extremely gentle cameraman who realized all the discomfort we were going through and got a new room to solve our problem with the service service.

Horrible experience

I'd have everything to be functional for the person who goes to work... but the lack of simple information... like. xxx disk to call the door... simple thing like that doesn't have. I had a bad experience, I arrived and the door to the room didn't close, I tried to call the reception. I didn't have the number, so I had to find the hotel phone to ask for help.

I wouldn't come back.

The girls who check in don't know anything. They don't find the reservations, but then they put them in a room for a higher rate. Very poor attendance. When I asked for an edredom, I heard they don't even have a function to take to the rooms.

Bad service, poor reception, untrained and completely unprepared staff.

The room is very spacious, with comfortable beds, quiet and equipped with a small kitchen. Breakfast is also good. It is located in the central area of the city, near a small shopping mall where we can walk.

Good hotel and well located

I always choose The World Indaiatuba, I feel at home, good service, they take care of the needs of the guests, everything is very clean and impeccable and the breakfast is very good and very tasty.
