We arrived at the hotel and received a nice and warm welcome. Keeping in mind that it is a family hotel we were surprised to received such attention. They always try to do their best to help out. I had an issue to connect to the wifi with my laptop. I was surprised to get my problem solved by the daughter of the hotel ! She found out that it was a IP address issue on my laptop and this advice and solution helped me on my future hotel stay ! The breakfast was continental and everything that I wanted was there. Simply access to your room and main door with a Key card. My room was very clean and the beddings was so comfy ! Make sure that you request a room on the back side if you are looking for a "zero" noise stay as the front rooms will give you a beautiful view of the center of Spa you might hear a little bit of the city but it's not bothering at all ! They have a vending machine at decent price (to not say cheap).. I was impressed ! I really recommend this hotel for whoever wants to have an amazing stay in the heart of a beautiful city. 1minute away from the thermal spa, the casino, many restaurants,... I'll definitely go back there ! Such a nice city with nice people !
