Cannot say enough good things about this hotel. It is tucked away….a nice long entrance/foyer off of a busy street…and the street noise and activity are never a problem. There were some fireworks/crowds running around the first afternoon we were there but the hotel locked the entrance to the street and you never felt threatened. You are in the heart of a beautiful busy area of Brussels and feet away from eating spots and shopping. The staff speaks English and is always willing to help in any way. The breakfast was wonderful thought we took the opportunity to walk down the street and enjoy some Belgian waffles on 2 occasions. Their lobby is like a cozy den at home….location and hotel are perfect!
