Pillows City Hotel Brussels Centre

My stay at the Pillows Hotel Brussels was marked by excellent service, comfort, and attention to detail. The hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness and design, creating a sophisticated and welcoming environment. The quality of the beds, linen, and pillows (!!!!!) was very good, ensuring a truly restful sleep experience. The staff demonstrated professionalism and warmth, with a special mention to Chloe for her exceptional competence and hospitality. The breakfast selection was thoughtfully curated, offering high-quality options that added to the overall experience. The hotel’s ambiance, from the inviting common areas to the well-maintained rooms, enhances the feeling of relaxation and luxury. The only aspect that I think could be improved is the seating in the rooms. While functional, the chairs could be more comfortable—armchairs similar to the seating available in the lounge, which would add to the overall comfort of the hotel. Overall, the Pillows Hotel Brussels delivers a consistently high standard of hospitality, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. I look forward to returning in the future.
