All very nice and easy to get the trams etc to Blankenberg to get the train to Brugge

Parking arrangements are annoying as you have to collect a pin code every time you have to drive out, other than that its lovely

“Absolute surprise”, that’s my family’s reaction when we opened the door in our hotel room. It’s exactly as how it’s shown on the website. This is one of my favorite hotels.  The floor plan is perfect.  Every square foot was used for the customer’s delight.  I have 3 daughters aged 19, 15, 10 so the triple bunk bed was perfect and my kids absolutely loved the fact that it’s equipped with their own lighting, very clean and comfy bed/bedding.  My husband and I totally appreciate the separate room for privacy via sliding doors so it feels like a two bedroom hotel.  The bathroom is ultra-modern and very clean, luv it.  There’s plenty of storage room in the open concept closet at the main entrance. As a family, we enjoyed the separate living room/dining room/kitchen apart from the bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with plates, cups, cutleries, cooking utensils, stove, microwave oven/oven, coffee maker, kettle and cleaning products.  The view from our windows creates a feeling that captures our souls, the harbor, the massive ships and quiet neighborhood cars that pass by leisurely. No hustle and bustle. The location is perfect for a family who is willing to drive 10 mins to central Brugges.  We enjoyed the quiet small town drives.  We marveled the orca-sized ships towards the docks and mesmerized by the bridge that opens and close to accommodate the slow paced movement of the ships, one after another.

Storybook setting, glorious vacay destination

It was great value for money, especially considering the pools for the kids to enjoy. It isn't made clear at time of booking that you have to make your own beds and take your own towels, but they do tell you in good time. It wasn't the end of the world and was fine for a couple of days' stay (to be fair you can pay extra for towels and bedding). The beds were pretty comfortable and the room was cleverly laid out.There is a supermarket next door and a couple of restaurants in walking distance, but it's pretty much an industrial area. We didn't mind at all as we had a car and travelled out, plus we were only there 2-nights.The onsite bar was very reasonably priced I thought and we had a relaxing couple of days in the sun!

The underground parking terrified me and parking was paid. The outside parking was much better. The rooms were small but well equipped. Communication was great. We were asked to leave the room cleaned. Which we did but it felt we left it cleaner than it was when we arrived. Overall we ate our own dinner which was purchased at the grocery store a 5 min walk away. And my dad was able to swim and workout. So it did meet the majority of our needs.

Too much dust everywhere in the apartment. Looks like it’s never been cleaned by the staff member.

There is no soap or shampoo in the room, but other than that everything is nice, clean and quiet

Not bad

Lovely property, convenient location to get around Belgium. My only gripe was the neighbour who kept coming into the balcony to smoke weed every 15-20 minutes.
