6 reviewsHotel was good. But what was excellent was the fact the I left my watch (a very nice one too might I add) and flew back to the UK. I realised a couple days later (I know 🙄) and I never expected it but they had it! And they kept it for another 2 weeks until I arranged for my dad to pick it up! Wait there’s more !!! My dad got to Dhaka and called them from another nearby hotel! The manager had the watch sent to my dad!!! How incredibly amazing is that. Fantastic service. Above and beyond. Truly going the extra mile (in this case it was around 3 miles 😁). We sincerely thank the manager at Sea Shell Residence. Thank you sir. Fi-Amanillah ❤️
