WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE. You might be thinking this place is affordable, it wont be so bad and maybe you will put up with it due to its location. Please do not as this place will ruin your holiday. The apartment we were given in was FILTHY, I mean absolutely disgusting to the point where we felt dirtier after being in there. You wont be able to use the kitchen because its filthy, you will find dust, mould and bodily hair and fluids everywhere. if you use the shower you will come out felling dirty not cleaner because it is that disgusting. Our room was also falsely advertised and the description DID NOT match the apartment at all. We stayed 1 night and then could not bear anymore and had to leave. Customer service is rude and they do not care about your complaints. When I raised all these issues with photographic evidence they did not care they were rude and unprofessional. They gave us 1 hour to check out and still wanted to charge for the first night. I explained they had broken Australian consumer law by false advertising the apartment features, I was entitled to a full  refund and their response was "that is fine, you do what you want,  if you want to try and sue us in court you can, your not getting your first night back" Luckily the booking partner we used was in complete agreement with us and helped get a full refund. But again take this as a WARNING if you want affordable accommodation on the Gold Coast look elsewhere. You would be better off staying in a Hostel then here

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!

Me and 2 of my mates went there and once we got into the rooms there was rubbish stuffed in the cushions and had 1 roll of toilet paper (there are 2 toilets). After we checked out I recorded everything to show nothing was damaged then I get a notification that said we broke the toilet and was being charged our bond money for it, after telling him I have video evidence of it not being broken he sends a screenshot of the photo that the housekeeper sent and it was taken completely off, he then says that she was the one who also fixed it and then tried to correct himself because he knew he let the wrong thing slip, so she was the one that got paid to fix it. My evidence shows that nothing was broken but somehow between the 5 hours of our check out time and the time she sent the photo it got broken. They are rip offs and hang up on you once they know they are caught. DO NOT STAY THERE!!

Please do not go here. Ray have STOLEN MONEY FROM my mum for not returning a key WHICH my brothers had done so. He hung up when we asked to see security footage and blamed us for an ALREADY broken toilet. This is shocking as we have never experienced this EVER. he took the money with NO explanations

We stayed in apartment 14a, family of five, amazing apartment with stacks for space.  Views were amazing and had everything we needed.  So close to everything in the main town centre, five minutes walk to the beach, we will be back.  Thanks to the amazing service from the reservation team who helped with anything we needed.

Fantastic family apartment and location

Terrible service by Made Comfy and terrible apartment. We paid $570 per night for 7 nights to walk into an apartment where nothing worked (dryer didn’t work), the power tripped and had to cook our breakfast in the bedroom. Everything was old and dirty. The sliding door didn’t even lock. We were given the wrong keys when we checked in and had to wait 3 hours for the correct key. Then there were more issues with dropping the key off.  Complete rip off. Do not book with Made Comfy and if you get apartment 26c, good luck!

Terrible service and apartment was awful. Total rip off

My family and I booked a holiday six month ago due to the information and pictures on their website. We arrived and checked in, and whilst the receptionist was lovely and accommodating our room was disgusting. It smelt musty, there was mould in the shower, cobwebs everywhere and I was scared to take my shoes off and walk on the sticky carpet. The beds were terrible and I would have slept better on the concrete with a pillow. It was in a great position but SERIOUSLY needs to be updated and LOTS of work done. Totally UNSAFE for small children with no fly screens in the windows. We were constantly checking no one had fallen out a window. It was NOTHING like the pics on their website. The parking is terrible and you have to park on the street. And I wouldn’t suggest walking after dark (some weird people hanging around the streets). Definitely the worst accommodations we have ever stayed at.

I CANNOT ADVISE ANYONE ENOUGH TO NOT STAY HERE. The staff are horrible and the manager is racist. Do not stay here unless you want to be robbed. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! They left me and my family in tears after how we were treated. These apartments are very unprofessionally run.

Don’t recommend staying with this hotel unless you want to be scammed and your money taken. I booked with this hotel and they have been very difficult to deal with they have hung up on me and refuse to call you and continue to message their response. They will refuse to refund your money or even do waive fee and will claim your money. Please be very careful booking here and make sure you look at reviews before booking, extremely upset and angry with the hotels response!.

Worst experience, room were smelly and condition were very bad,Most of the things are very old and should be replaced. Fan was broken.
On top of above they charged my credit card extra $400 after around 8 days of checkout without any notification. Despite several requests they have not provided valid reason with evidences for extra charge. Very disappointed with this unprofessional behaviour.

Condor Ocean view Appartments- Surfers Paradise QLD

We had booked a two bedroom executive suite for me and 3 friends. Upon arrival we were only given one key for four guests, it was a normal key that takes not even a day to replace after complaining I managed to get one the next afternoon. The state of the room was unacceptable and run down, we were told it had previously been trashed by people. My fan in my room was broken, I had to move my mattress into the tv room as I couldn’t sleep in 30 degree heat, the dishwasher was broken with a error massage coming up, the door to the balcony barley opened as it kept getting stuck it took two 30 year old men to open it, the tv remote was missing had to ask for one and worst of all the toilet sit has broken off. We informed the owners of all of this on checkout and my friend informed twice about the toilet seat. The owners are now saying we broke the toilet seat and not giving us back our full bond even though we told them of all these issues. When trying to resolve it with them the owner hanged up on me multiple times and they did not inform us of the bond charge my friend had to call them to find out, we also asked for proof of toilet seat charges getting fixed they make excuses and keep changing story. The then provided us with a broken seat photo, they have purposely snapped it in half when all it was the seat broken off the actual toilet. The cleaniness of the room was not to standards to with dust everywhere. I have travelled multiple times and never experienced such bad customer service and so many problems in one room. Save yourself the hassle and don’t book here.
