Stayed 1 night,could have spent another day there easily. Hosts were welcoming. First time B&B. Not sure what to expect and had a lovely night. Had the end room which has its own entry so didn't have to enter and exit through the main house. Room very clean and comfortable.

Peaceful

We just loved this place! It is quiet and situated in the relatively remote area of Orange with nice garden and beautiful owners! You could see kangaroos in the garden while enjoying your glass of wine outside watching the sunset. The owners make you feel very welcome and are very helpful with everything you need! They even drive you to the town in the evening for your dinner! There is also a barbeque and a big table outside, so you can cook your meal there and eat it under the sky. The room was spotless. If you want to have a quiet holiday in beautiful surroundings in Orange, this place would be perfect for it. Even the kangaroo poo in the garden didn’t bother us :-) We had a lovely stay at this place and would like to go back one day… Thank you Louise and Neville.

I had won 2 nights at a charity event and booked a 3rd. I am very glad we did! The room (king room) was comfortable with all you need. It was a bit cold for our stay and the RC air con kept us warm. In the morning while my wife was getting ready I enjoyed some delightful moments sitting at the out door table reading my paper. Our host Louise (and her husband Neville) made us feel like gusts at their country home. They had lots of suggestions for the many things to do in the district.

A delightful quiet escape with extremely friendly hosts

This property is delightful set in a lovely quiet rural location approx. 10 min drive out of town.  We were a party of 3 couples, so suited us perfectly as we all had separate rooms (2 X doubles & 1 twin) with ensuites & separate room entry in the wing of the house specially built to house the rooms.  And the best part was to lovely fresh breakfasts provided..no cooked breakfast needed, as it was more than adequate.
There are 2 lounge areas - so ideal if someone wants some quiet time to read while others want to talk.
Property is perhaps a little old-world, but absolutely spotless.
We all enjoyed our stay.

Lovely

We arrived in the afternoon, the check in wasn't done then.. It was suggested later that evening. The hot tub had no water in it (predicted 0 degrees for that evening so we were hoping for a lovely hot soak) which was a major let down after a 4 hours drive,also no gowns, which the website stated there would be. Overall room was very clean, small room. Bathroom was really nice with large shower and perfect water pressure. The property is beautiful. 12 minute drive from town which isn't that bad, we knew in advance. The couple running the BNB were nice enough also and accommodated the fact we were leaving 7am by giving us a tray of breakfast for the morning that evening. The price tag was very steep.
