We decided to stay here for our first 1000km caravan service with Mountain Trail. Because we have a big rig (car and van), the staff was helpful by allowing us to change to a bigger site. The original allocated was much smaller and my husband checked out the sites there and upgraded to a bigger one with an ensuite for the three nights there. 
We also managed to get a cabin for one night when our van took longer for service.  The cabin was rather basic, small but clean. Mattress was softer than I would like to sleep on. Ensuite rather small, so no good if you are a big person. We were grateful we were able to get a cabin for the night. 
Staff are friendly. Gardens rather nice as it is attached to a retirement home I think. Amenities nice and clean. Just a short drive to Albury township.

Comfortable small caravan park not far from where we have to take our caravan to get serviced.

Neat, clean, quiet, professsionally run and maintained; and very friendly too. Smart cabin, not new but very well-kept, excellent bed (important after a long drive with another drive the next day), instant hot water. We, plus our fox terrier, were very happy.

Thumbs and paws up!

Great Park - lovely gardens and friendly permanent residents who help guide you to best places to eat and visit.  Facilities are clean and well maintained.  We camped, but there are also cabins and caravan sites.  I Would thoroughly recommend Albury Gardens Tourist Park to anyone who is visiting the Albury/Wodonga region!

Great place to base your holiday in Albury Wodonga

We came for several days as one of us was undertaking an intensive school at the University and we chose to stay at Albury Gardens because of its proximity to the campus. 
In fact, it was handy to all major routes which allowed for easier access to visit some of the local tourist attractions.
Albury Gardens Tourist Park is set in beautiful and well-maintained gardens. It is in a quiet location and the cabin had most of the items we needed to provide us with a comfortable stay after our busy days.
Although the bathroom was compact, the bed was very comfortable and there was sufficient room in the cabin to accommodate all our gear.
I'm sure we will be back to stay again!

A very quiet park!!!!!!Great value stayed 4 nights paid for 3. Has nice big clean pool. Laundry very clean washing machine only $3 a load, dryer $4. Not to far out from town only about 5km. Will be back

Great quiet park

Consistently quality service and amenities

We booked a studio style pet friendly cabin where we were allowed to bring the dogs inside. Other parks should note that this makes the dogs happier and as a result quieter than having to leave them in the car. The cabin was clean and the beds, with their good quality linen, comfortable. My only criticism was the lack of cooking facilities and cutlery. Our days were long, leaving at dawn and getting back at sunset. Using the barbecue in the dark didn't appeal. There was room in the kitchenette for a couple of hotplates but they were sadly missing. The park is shady and although close to Wagga Road the sound of the traffic was minimal.

Truly pet friendly

Stayed a few nights while visiting family nearby. The cabin was very quiet, comfortable and with much more space than a similarly priced motel. Being able to do our own cooking was a huge plus. Cabins and grounds all well maintained with everything we needed.
This place will be top of our list for our next regular visit to Albury.

its a really nice peaceful park not far from the main drag for food and petrol ...now you might be worried because it runs along the wagga wagga road but it is surprisingly peaceful because there are trees that sheild the park against the road ...we had a look at the swimming pool and it just looked so pretty but toooooo cold for us to try also i saw that there is a common room that has books to read and activities to do ...must not forget the beautiful BBQ area too... lots of established plants bushes and tress just to make the whole park more homey.. just a really welcoming park ..now a mention to the staff there.. the girls are very obliging and very helpful with your needs ..especially if you turn up at the wrong park and you are totally lost and it is pitch black and you can not see where you are or going ..did not fuss the girls.... she was more than happy to drive out to greet us at reception and help us but we were not there because we were at the wrong caravan park plus we were lost...got there in the end ..thank god..so heres my huge shout out and a big thank you to Kay and especially Mandy

Pretty and Peaceful

We stayed in our caravan, and were very appreciative of the stone base to camp on, as it had been raining for a while before we arrived, and continued on and off whilst we were there. No mud, or puddles to contend with. The amenities, the friendly staff, and the location are what keep us returning to the very same  place.
