What was good

I liked staff members, special thanks to the barman from Russia (didn't catch his name) and to hotel manager Arutjun, both were really attentive to us, helped with everything we asked for

What was bad

had to take transport each time going to/from city center it was really cold in a room, heating didn't work we stayed 6 nights, the room was cleaned once hotel doesn't have swimming pool nor sauna, although they do advertise as such
