What was good

On the one hand the hotel is located not far from the city center, and on another - near Komitas prospect, full of life and stores, and the Barekamutyun metro station. Some rooms in the hotel have a beautiful view of the Mount Ararat (especially on top floors). Very cosy and comfortable room. Not very large. With a small balcony (nice to enjoy seeing the Mount Ararat if you room is on the south side). Well equipped with all-new furniture, air conditioner, bathroom accessories and even a "mini-kitchen" with a microwave oven and separate kitchen sink (it's rare for 3-star hotels). The room was clean and bright with new furniture. Good service without any issues.

What was bad

The only problem is the heating system: the room is heated only with a single ordinary split air conditioning system. It might be cold in the room in winter nights. But it's a common problem for Yerevan hotels. Fortunately, winter is not long and cold there in Yerevan.
