I loved staying here at Zen Villa! The rooms are like a 4 star for a quarter of the price and staff are lovely and helpful booking trips and taxis.  My biggest complaint was the noise from the road- it's on a thoroughfare and trucks beep their horns very loudly - and the rooster who some mornings seem to crow very early!

Lovely new hotel - brilliant value for miney

What a wonderful place to stay.  Our family of 20 booked out the whole villa.  Stunning rooms and bathrooms are accompanied by a tranquil setting of coy ponds, and friendly, helpful people; who went out of their way for us.

Beautiful, relaxing setting

We were two couples visiting in October 2015. We each had a villa next door to each other and absolutely loved this gorgeous place.  It rained a little and so we  used the huge pergola in the grounds and watched the fish swim around us.  Many days we bought food in Hoi An and set up a picnic here on rainy evenings.  Minh looked after us so very well, we remained friends and FB each other on occasion.  Enjoyed ourselves so much in lovely Hoi An that we intend going back in September, 2018.

Peaceful paradise

Just can't get over how beautiful and serene the place is ! It's Hidden behind the village, away from crowed zeny villa with restaurant  on  the pond and a swimming pool on its edge. Just few rooms gives you sense of privacy. You can just seat and enjoy peace and beauty of the place. Makes you enjoy lush garden even in rain. Staff is helpful, room great and outdoor bathtub and shower takes it to a new level. Could stay there a week instead of just 3 days ! 

Absolutely stunning zen villa 

We were very excited to arrive in hoi an and delighted with our villa. We were holidaying with 2 other  families so booked out the whole place. The surroundings of this little oasis was beautiful an tranquil and mist relaxing for 5 days. Th villa is a couple of dollar taxi ride from the ancient town and the beach and is nestled in suburbia surrounded by local homes. The staff couldn't have been more friendly ir helpful and took care of our every need including a delicious breakfast every morning. Only word of caution is that there are a couple of small rooms that don't feature on the website. You don't want those.
