Step 2: Binh Harbour – Catba Island Center - Arrive at Binh Harbour (Address: No 1 Ben Binh street – Haiphong city), purchase speed boat ticket to get to Cat Ba Island. Speed boat schedules are as follows: Hoang Yen speed boat departs at 09:00 Cat Ba Island Resort & Spa speed boat departs at 09:00, 10:00 and 13:00 - It takes 1 hour from Binh Harbour to Cat Ba Island Center.
