It was a great homestay, close to the center and very clean.
I've been talked to the Owner and known that this is quite new homestay, but the service was good, friendly.
we will be back soon, thanks again for your wonderful service.

Great location

After read the reviews very much impressed to stay this place. Made a booking for 5 nights, when checked in, felt  really worth the money we paid. Next day early morning electricity cut could not sleep at all and can't stay in the room like a sauna. It is understandable that they can't afford a generator. The owners  were seems friendly, wife work for the Vietnam's leading airline as a senior hostess and the husband is a dentist. We respected their professionalism and want to establish a  good relationship. They allowed us to use the kitchen for us own cooking.

Third day afternoon while I opened the door, some parts of the door lock fallen down and immediately informed to them. They said they will call the technical to fix the problem, we came at 7PM, the door lock was completely removed and a big hole can see everything inside the room. The wife of the owner Van said the technician can't repair it, then we asked for a room change, it was not given said that that is a very good lock how come break, hinted that we purposely break the lock have to compensate that.My wife and I clearly explain it is not our fault at all. As she can't come out with a solution we decided to move and want to settle the bill. Then she demanded we have to pay an extra night and argue with us.

I was very tired the time, asked wife pay off and finish it, she happily accept the money without any sympathy.It was very surprised for us as a senior hostess how she tackle the problem and no even or a word of apology or good bye or thanks for staying with them. It is very strange to see her attitude, I personally recommend pay more stay in a better place. We never step into this place.Money is not an issue, attitude, attitude, attitude.A right attitude can take you places whereas a wrong attitude and leave you in the dumps. Hope owners will change their attitude towards the guests.
