Loved the people, they helped us with everything. Great location, close to shops, the market and the lake. They arranged a tour for us, and a taxi to airport. The breakfast is good, You are offered a menu and its delicious!

Lovely family, lovely stay

We stayed for a few nights, we chose this place as it was good value and well located. 

The room was basic, as expected, but did the job. The market was a 5-10 minute walk and the lake is a minute or so further. 

We rented a scooter from the reception, I can highly recommend this if you are brave enough to drive through traffic. We rode up to Datanla waterfall and then Me Linh coffee garden. We visited during the flower festival so all of De Lat was very busy but the traffic was manageable after you got used to it.

The standout feature of this place is the hosts, they are so friendly, helpful and thoughtful. We sat in the lobby and would always be brought fruit, juice, tea, coffee. When they heard we were going to get a Grab to the airport, they rang their friend who was a taxi driver. Although the meter said 400k VND, he charged us 250k as the hosts had told us we would pay. This was far cheaper than he lowest Grab quote.

I can highly recommend Thien Kim if you want cheap and cheerful with excellent hosts. 

Amazing hospitality 

This guest house is totally worth it for budget travelers in the Dalat area. The house is centrally located, the family is so amazing, the breakfast each morning is delicious, and all activities can be coordinated there.

Wonderful Hosts and Great Location!

This hotel is very easy to find and the location is only 5-minute ride to the city centre. The hostel owner forgot to give us a bottle of water on our 2nd and 3rd night and that sadden me a bit. The room is quite sound proof.

Nice visit

Best breakfast we’ve had in Vietnam! Such a lovely family, big huge smiles and they keep a very clean and cozy home. We both had a fantastic time and 200% would come back here again. Excellent value for money! Thanks so much for your hospitality! X 

Amazing!

This is obviously not a luxury stay. That being said this place is absolutely worth everything. The beds were cumfy and cozy. The location was prime. Above all the staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond for us. I would not hesitate to book this immediately. 

Brilliant

We had a balcony room which was good to view the street below and tge river in front (even though it's more of a stream). Good location only 5-10 minutes to both the market and the lake and also close to bar21, bar13 and Woodys. Great couple who helped us with bus tickets. Breakfast included is typical Vietnamese you won't be getting a full English but that not what you come to Vietnam for. 
Dalat itself is a busy town but quite clean by Vietnam standards. 

Great hotel

My husband and myself stayed here for 3 days over the weekend just gone. Both the owners were always on hand to help if we needed any and nothing ever seemed like it was too much trouble for them.
The breakfast was very nice and The rooms are very clean and spacious and great value for money!

Great stay!

I don't agree with those poor reviews. It's not the owners fault if people are loud in the hotel. They don't control someone's mouth, their job is to offer you service and accommodation. It's your responsibility to do something if you like something out of their control. But the hospitality of the person is far different. For me, they are amazing people. Look for a 5 star hotel if you like to save penny. The owner are so amazing and kind. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Amazing stay

This was one of our best stay in Vietnam. The owner of this guesthouse was very nice and helpful.  One evening they even cooked dinner for us. 
The location is very quiet, the room had everything you need and you can book trips right at the reception.
We felt really comfortable and would definitely come back!!
