On April 28th, 2019, at 6pm, we went to the hotel, and we waited for the morning meal! Everything was flooded. It was screechy. Everything was on the slopes. And there was a drum... there was no sink in the bathroom! Where to wash? Right, in the shower! And the shower was like it was just standing, and it wasn't attached to the pipes, everyone was running on the floor.

A nightmare and a horror!

I would like to share my experience of living from 9.09.2018 to 12.09.2018 at the Green Houze Hotel, Dechkanabad Street, house 21 City of Tashkent, Yunusabad District, quarter 19, settled in 3 local rooms, there is no sink and shelf for laundry in the room, it was very uncomfortable to wash in the shower compartment and incline to clean the teeth, there is no toilet seat. In the bathroom and toilet there is constantly running water and the floor is melting, the staff does not clean the room and the garbage is not being removed. The hotel moved to another room, but it was all also accurate. The taste was disgusting, wireless. There was an incident of theft of a cell phone, which caused a lot of damage to the body and nerves, but it is not worth paying attention to.

It's awful!

We were with the kids, we liked the hotel. The hotel itself is more like a guest house and the atmosphere is like home. In addition, you can order food in the room to your taste. We had a good time, we had a good time. We took the kids to the water park, and we walked a lot. We went on a tour of the Old Town. And before we left we organized a small family party, we enjoyed the barbecue here, and we prepared dinner. It is convenient that there is also a children's playground where our children could play and spend time.

A family trip

Green House is a great hotel, it made a great impression on me. My boyfriend and I love to travel around our continent. We've been to a lot of places, often traveling by car, and since we're still students, it's very important for us to sleep clean and budget-friendly.

That's great.

The Green House is on the outskirts of town. We stayed in a three-bedroom. We were greeted warmly. The room had everything we needed for rest. There's also a swimming pool, gyms. Everything is clean, neat.

Like at home everything is clean and tidy. The internet works as fast as possible. All services are at the highest level. The kitchen is national and European. There is air conditioning in the rooms. In the open courtyard there is a swimming pool. In the morning they did fitness. And still in the dirt live the goldfish in the weights their eyes rest. Everything is super at the right level.

The hotel itself is lovely! However, the location should really be kept in mind.

Pros:
- Hotel itself is really homey, big rooms, hot water, great wifi.

- Staff are extremely friendly (yet little English spoken) and can help arranging a number of things.

Cons:

- This is genuinely close to nothing, you're in the suburbs of Tashkent (which have limited appeal). A taxi to and from town is comparatively very expensive. The metro is a taxi ride away, getting back taxis can never find it and it always involves ringing and driving around for a bit. Overall, it makes sightseeing a bit of a disaster.

- price: I would say the hotel is a little too expensive considering the location. Quality is there, but if I'm paying that much I want to be in the heart of things.

In saying that, if you're just using Tashkent as a transport hub or for a bit of relaxation in between traveling, this would be an ideal hotel.

Great hotel BUT

The hotel is actually not bad and the staff are smiling. But the fact nobody speak english is very very bard to discuss anything like prices or needs.

Also the hotel is located in middle of nowhere and prices were too high !
