I decided not to even check in. The door was locked and the front desk wouldn't get up tob let me in. He'd only point to a window on the other side of the building. I went to the much nicer place next door and paid full price.

First of all, the rooms have linoleum flooring, which made me think why can’t they have carpet? Second of all, they give you remotes at check in with your hotel key, which makes me think why can’t they have those in the room? Third of all, it’s smells like a 1975 smoke in bar. Overall, this place is the worst I’ve seen!

Spent 3 nights and didnt recieve any new towels and the front desk did not have nor could obtain any. There were cigarette butts scattered behind the table and under the beds. The room smelled moldy upon first entrance however the fan did take care of the smell. Bathtub was... squishy? It was like walking on a water mattress. 10/10 would not rebook.

The room they gave us originally was terrible, dirty, things not hung on the wall, beds looked like they could grow legs and walk bc of all the filth and dirt… the 2nd room had no amenities.. the mattress was brand new but the beds were broken, the bathroom and tub were dirty! Gave us one towel and when we asked for others they told us they would have to wash the one we had for us to get new!

Terrible experience

My brother and I love it here owner and the staff very good and helpful we came from another motel they actually treated us like they wanted us here and we can call this place home while the other motel only wanted our money so they could do their illegal operations. The budget inn is a great family place and we will be back.

One of the best motels for the money

No bed sheets or blankets.  Front desk people seemed amazed that I asked for some. 
TV plug was held in with duct tape, man said he would fix, but did not.  Room smelled of mold, cigarette smoke and lots of other things.  This was a non-smoking room.  No housekeeping provided.  Called a week ahead and was told icemaker worked and rooms were redone.  Not true.  Was told that carpet had just been cleaned, but I found it was still very dirty and stained.  I rented two rooms and the other one was worse.  Owners apparently have no idea how to run a functioning motel.

Horrible Motel

Old place have stayed multiple time at this location. Recently i have seen big change , with less nuisance.Nice , Clean Place to stay. I gave 3 star due to mattress.  Great People working around. Keep it up andy and staff.

Nice , but could be better

The hotel was very dirty and old  the bathroom area was gross there was mold and cigarette burns all over the sink area  the room stunk like cigarette and beer.  It looked as it was never cleaned. Should have known better the room cost was only 36.00 will not go there again

Budget Inn

Stayed here for 6  months greatful for the weekly rate it was affordable but not the best at solving my immediate concerns 

Resulting in me leaving hotel does have potential if they would take care of their customers and property
