I stayed here for five nights and felt I got what I paid for. It is a budget motel and for someone on a budget like me it was perfect. It was clean and I felt safe in the motel. The owners were very polite, kind and super helpful!! It is just minutes from a bus stop which gives you access to other parts of Long Beach and LA. Only a few minutes taxi/bus ride from Long Beach Mall and swimming pool. Has a 99c store and other fast-food stores just yards up the road. I would stay here again if I were to go back to Long Beach.

Perfect for what you pay.

Wanted something close enough to downtown Long Beach. Offered horrible directions over the phone. Almost got our truck stolen: the keys fell on the floor and a guy tried to steal them. It's dark and scary at night. Could not rest in peace. Our reservation was for 2 nights, so after all this, we wanted to reduce it to one night. After paying the full 2 nights in cash up front, they did not want to reimburse for the second night and because our spoken English is not so great (theirs is worse), they tried to take advantage of us. I called the agency the night before to cancel and they said no one at the hotel was picking up the phone, but that it was fine, that we could leave early and get our money back. But in the morning, the owner, or whatever he was, said that it was impossible. He said that he called the agency to check on the cancellation and first he said that they didn't answer, then he said that they did answer but that it was not approved, so he wouldn't give us our money back. So I called the agency myself. There was an immediate answer and they called the hotel to confirm that we were going to end our reservation early. The hotel staff were rude and abusive, and worse of all, liars. I do not recommend this place unless you are desperate and are not worried about getting robbed.
