We used Penny Palmer and Darci for our 40th anniversary vow renewal ceremony and family photographs. They took of all of the details for the ceremony. The event and creative photography were perfect.
We used Penny for our 30th anniversary and loved our pictures so much that we came back for more!!! They pictures are hanging in our house so we can cherish the memories of that day. my screensaver on my computer is our family picture.
We did the ceremony and photo session at Napili Bay Beach, with the sunset in the background. The sunset pictures at dislocation are just beautiful and breathtaking.
I highly recommend using Penny for any anniversary or special event. She makes every picture special.

Great place for sunset photos and anniversary photography

Unit 206 was incredibly clean, and wonderful in every way. The view can't be beat. With this unit being right on Napili Beach, it was absolutely perfect for us. A quick walk to the Gazebo and also to the Sea House. Snorkeling in Napili Bay and Honokeana Cove next door were both fantastic. Thank you for the great stay,  Deanna!

Incredible location, we had a wonderful stay!

Beautiful Beach! A bit rougher and windier than some, also the beach is steep and can be difficult to walk on.  Great restaurants nearby. Swimming is good, but recommend more experienced swimmers at this beach. 

Nice Beach but Windy

Napili Bay Resort #209, rented from May26 to May31, 2022.
Noise was a big factor for me for not enjoying nor recommending this property.
I love to be lulled to sleep by soft gentle waves at night, but during my stay here, all I heard were waves that at that night sounded like booming canons , specially bed time. Also, people partying on the beach late at night. Sometimes until 2 - 3 am.
As result of the above, I got a very little sleep. Also, I had an invasion of house flies. During the my stay, I killed hundreds  of them each day, especially at the returning to the condo in the late afternoon. Beautiful beach, beautiful location, but because of the above factors I cannot recommend this property.

Disappointing experience

1. Parking is tough ! If possible stay at one of the fine hotels right on the bay. If you can't  stay here,  either go early or come in the afternoon and look for a street spot over by the Napili Kai. The easiest entry and best snorkeling is up by the Sea House restaurant. 

Hints for this place

We love this unit,  it is like staying right on the beach.   The problem is the super soft foam bed..    The unit has no AC so it is hot anyway, but when you sink 3 inches into the soft foam mattress, plan on being even hotter.   My wife suffered so much it ruined our trip.   Unless you like to sink in and be sucked up by the bed,  don't stay in this unit.

NapiliBay 108 stay 3 weeks April to May 2021

Do not stay at the Napili Bay "Resort" unless they are offering you third-world prices.  This tiny dank moldy loud place has only one thing going for it - its right on the beach.  It is like camping on the beach.  Smaller than our small camper, but not clean.  No AC, and with the old-fashioned crank windows the rooms are so loud that it is tough to sleep.  Room 205 managed by Maui Beachfront Rentals - terrible customer service; did not confirm our reservation for months until we had already arrived in Maui; thank goodness I had taken a screen shot of my reservation.  Room unbearably hot, fans did not work, Maui Beachfront rentals does not answer phones on weekend or holidays so we had to go out and buy fan, toilet paper, soap.  Building is over 60 years old, never been updated.  Feels moldy, dusty, unclean.  Napili Bay area is wonderful, but find another place to stay, and a different management company.

Third-world-country dank tiny hole

This was our third trip to Maui, but first stay at Napili Bay.  Napili Beach is our favorite beach...ever. This condo is steps from the magnificent beach.   And it is our favorite accommodation in the Lahaina area so far.  It is a studio unit, but offers all of the amenities of a full sized unit (blender, full sized fridge, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella). It also offered complimentary dish soap, trash bags,  paper products (..enough for our stay = 6 days) and related cleaning items.  The unit does not have air conditioning, but the ceiling fans, pedestal fan, and delightful tropical cross breeze were more than sufficient to cool me down during our January stay.  I can't wait to book another stay!

Paradise - a fantastic stay at Unit 110

We picked this place based on trip advisor reviews. We hurried to get to office before it closed, as there was a discrepancy with our room assignment. The person in the office was leaving 30 minutes early, but we stopped her and got our room straightened out. Otherwise, we wouldn’t have known where they moved us, as the AC in our original room was being fixed. 
The views are spectacular and the beach area is really nice, but gets crowded. Within walking distance to a restaurant and breakfast place, otherwise you need a car. 
We couldn’t figure out why people arriving all knew each other and staked a claim on the beach every morning, and occupied the chairs every evening to watch the sunset. 
These units are privately owned, and the office does the booking for the owners when they aren’t there. 
The people that converged, when we were there, felt they were a step above the lowly people who were just renting
and acted like we had invaded their space. 
The units were ok. The decor was outdated, and there is nothing in cabinets for cooking. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee. They make coffee,  in front of the office, but not until 6:30. So, be prepared to make a grocery run when you get there. 
Also, after walking back from dinner one evening, there was a huge rat on one of the downstairs ocean units enjoying the view. I didn’t know rats were a thing, but apparently they are, as our waiter explained one evening as we were sitting under a palm tree outfitted to deter rats enjoying an expensive meal! 
Keep your sliding doors closed.

Nice view 

At first glance your not sure but little studios are cute , fully self contained and wow right on the beach . Small Boogie boards and amazing beach chairs provided . 2 ok restaurants close 
And one fine dining . You have to drive 15 mins to Lahaina for more choice . BBQ facilities great here though .
