My husband and I stayed 8 nights at this lovely place. The location is perfect and the staff could not be more accommodating. They are honest in saying the rooms are very small. But the king size bed we had was very comfortable. Our only issue ( and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5) is the bathroom and shower. It is really tiny. There is something unpleasant about having to be up against the wet shower curtain while showering. The shower is right next to the toilet. There is nothing dividing the shower from the toilet except a cotton shower curtain .  There’s plenty of hot water, and the AC works great. 
They might want to invest in black out shades as well. Our room was right next to the outside fluorescent lights. We asked about black out curtains but ended up tacking up towels to make the room darker. That helped. 
The continental breakfasts are fine, and the location is perfect. Lots of great restaurants only steps away. 
All in all, a very nice place . Good value, but be aware the rooms are very small.

Lovely Bahama village hotel

The whole place is so adorable and clean.   The rooms are not huge but so close to Duval street and the Coffee Butler Amphitheatre.    There are a amazing restaurants 1 block away.  Blue Heaven, Cubin corner and the Crepe one.  The staff was very helpful also.

Cute and Convenient

Don't be fooled, there is nothing charming about this place. It is small and weird.
The rooms are barely habitable, tiny and oddly decorated. Interior is shabby. The bathroom is the size of a small closet, the shower is the size of a coffin, in the corner of a closet
. The price is not reasonable for the low quality. Had to leave after first night. Two people could not exist in these single "room" hotel.
There was a dog on property barking and jumping on you.
'Manager" appears to be 16. Would not consider my refund request for the 6 days I paid for after the first night stay disaster.
Expedia cannot help you with refund after you pay.

Avoid this scam, poor accomodations at any price

Your passage has a few grammar and punctuation issues. Here's a corrected version:First thing, there is a $25 per night "destination fee" added to the price. We got a real shoebox-sized room—so small that there is no place for a second nightstand. In addition, I don't know who gave them the idea to put the liquid soap dispenser right above the toilet paper...If you plan to bring diving or any other type of equipment, I suggest looking for another hotel. If you just need a place to crash, this will do. The old town is within walking distance, and the Hemingway House is at the next traffic light. The place has a nice AC, is clean and quiet. Several very good restaurants and bars are located practically next door.

The staff was very helpful. The rooms are tastefully decorated. It is in an excellent location. The only things I would change about it are 1) I would have liked breakfast to be available earlier than 8:30 a.m., 2) a small microwave in each room would have been convenient (there is one in a common area but that area is only lit by natural lighting so inaccessible in the evening - after 7 a.m.), and 3) the rooms are very humid (towels had to be replaced daily and even clothing became damp). We were in KW during an unusually heavy rainy week. I do not know if other times would have been as humid in the rooms; if so, a dehumidifier would be a good addition.

If you understand Key West short-term rental, this is a nice, clean very small but well kept spot.  Really good location and ease of access.  That being said, there is nothing extra here...this is for the person that is focusing on being away from their room for the time.  TV worked to some extent, but not perfectly.  Had a/c, small bits of storage..really everything you need.

The entire experience at Caribbean House was top notch from beginning to end! Continental breakfast brought to the room, rich and robust coffee “on tap”, Mary and her staff had the friendliest greetings and were always super accommodating as though they hadn’t a care in the world! Though the room is small (after all, you’re only sleeping there!), it was super clean and the location was the best…close to everything!

Caribbean Comforts, Location, Libations & Relaxation! 

Very quaint little hotel, with a very unique field. Nice sitting areas outside the room as well. A breakfast sitting area with a decent continental breakfast and morning mimosas. Close to all amenities. Walking distance to Duval Street, a couple little bars, and restaurants right on the same street. Staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely go back again.
