What an amazing place to stay! We felt like we walked into a time when knights and castles meets a comfy evening! 

From the moment we arrived they where so kind and and made sure we enjoyed our evening away from the rest of the world . The Bed was so comfy ! 

Breakfast was delivered to our door in a cute metal bucket and I could care less about a neat and tidy Togo container. The fire place was perfect and kept us toasty warm. 

All in all an awesome experience that we needed ! 

Sleep in a Castle with the Knights of the Round Table ! 

We loved our stay here!  The staff are so friendly and helpful.  The room was clean and well decorated.  The fireplace was nice and the jet tub was great!  Our breakfast as delicious and delivered right on time!  We will definitely stay here again!!!

Wonderful Inn!

The building was beautiful, but they are forgetting the details.
1. The bed sheets were rumpled, the mattress protestor was bunched and there was large, dark hair on the white sheets. Gross!
2. We stayed in the King's Lodge (the most expensive room in the Inn). There was no where to put our luggage except the floor, the pool table or the kitchenette table. It would be easy to add a dresser or credenza for luggage.
3. Breakfast was VERY disappointing. It  was left outside our room, on the floor in Styrofoam containers that were in a tin bucket. Food should NEVER be placed on the floor! It was very small portions and not very appetizing.
4. The building security is confusing and not very secure. The doors are locked when the last guest checks in for the night, then the front desk clerk leaves. Each guest has a key that can open and lock the back door. It didn't feel like a safe option. 
5. The snacks in the room were ridiculous! A package of trail mix and 1 package of Famous Amos cookies. Good thing there are 2 cookies in a package for us to share...? How much of an expense would it be to have  2 packages of something? Also, the bottle water was sitting on the table. Couldn't that be placed in the mini fridge? Speaking of the fridge, we couldn't find it.... Finally, I found it on the floor (again with food on the floor!) of the closet. Am I supposed to put my suitcase on the the fridge? It was all very confusing! 
6. Threatening signage: there were signs all over the hotel (doors, check in and room) telling us of fees, do's and do not's, and threatening of expulsion from the property if we break any of their rules. It didn't feel welcoming. I felt like I was at my parents house.  
7. Lastly, the TV didn't move from the wall. That meant, unless you are sitting on the couch right in front of the TV, you can't see it anywhere else in the room. Not in the hot tub, not in the bed and not at the kitchenette table. 

I was excited for our stay, but left disappointed. There are several other points I could bring up that show a lack of attention to detail, but they aren't really that big of a deal. It just cheapened the overall experience. I didn't feel like it was worth the price.

Beautiful building, they forgot the details.

We recently visited with some friends. Beautiful property and well decorated.  Now on to the things that were not great,  the rooms are small, not the biggest deal. For a romantic night, the tubs in the two rooms that we had were to small for a romantic bath together, again, not the biggest deal but something to consider.  
Breakfast was one of the bigger disappointments, it was brought to our room, but was small and left us hungry. 
The other issue, on their website it states that they are giving a $20 discount on the rooms at check in, however when I inquired about this we were told that no longer applies, that "we're not doing covid anymore". If that was the case why was the dining room still closed and why did we get a super small not great breakfast to our room. 
The last that checked us in was nice, however in the morning when passing by other employees, not so much as a hello, or his was your stay. 

A nice property, but left a lot to be desired! 

Booked the room and when the confirmation came it did not show my baby. When I called they aid I could get "special permission" for my infant but if 1 person complained I would be asked to leave no matter what time day or night. Not the type of place I choose to give my money, my business or my recommendation and I am a very frequent traveler. As a lifetime Marriott Titanium Member it is places like this that make me remember why I give the big chains my business and think it is ok when places like this go out of business.

Booked a room then told my baby would not be allowed.

Very nice staff but website advertised snack bar along with free movies and didn’t have any. Bathtub was very dusty, garbage found by the sink and tv doesn’t work. Way too much money for what we got. A total ripoff! Overall disappointing and wouldn’t recommend for the prices they’re asking. They also closed breakfast, room service, gift shop, and brunch all due to covid; however, every other hotel still offers those services. Stay clear!

Anniversary Night

I love themed things like restaurants, bars, and hotels.  When I hear about them I do everything in my power to visit them.  I don't know if Castle Creek Inn necessarily qualifies as a themed hotel but more so than regular hotels.  The castle is easy to spot and check in was fast and easy.  This was the one and only time we ever saw anyone during our stay.  We know others were staying there because of the cars in the parking lot but it was nice that everyone kept to themselves and kept the Inn quiet.  The room and bathroom were large, clean, and comfortable.  At first I was a little bummed that our room was right next to the front entry door of the Inn and nearby to the front check in desk but we never heard or saw anyone coming in or out the front so it didn't end up being a problem.  It was a nice stay and I bet being here during non-COVID times would be even better because they were not offering breakfast or afternoon tea during this time.

What a great getaway. We live close but had never stayed until our anniversary this year. We stayed in the Romeo and Juliet room. We loved the big jetted tub. The bed was beyond comfy too. We had a fresh hot breakfast made for us that was delish. We will go back, hopefully soon.

Anniversary getaway

We have stayed in the Garden Room and in Rapunzel's Tower and both were awesome! Both experiences were totally the best. The place was clean and the breakfast was absolutely delightful! We'll definitely stay again.

Love this place!

This is the second time my husband and I stayed here for a romantic weekend. We have enjoyed both our stays. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and the tubs are wonderful. The absolute best room is the King's Lodge! Worth taking a risk.
