Has the 'no tell motel' feel.The room was dim with just 1 table lamp (that did not reach the bedside). Very few outlets. Difficult to plug phone in over night.But clean & quiet. And inexpensive.

There was no coffee pot, no instruction on how to get tv stations on the  Direct tv remote.   Only one available outlet, no closet, no wifi password was given and one cover lamp for light.

You pretty much get what you pay for at this motel. Sadly, this weekend booked up many motels/hotels in the surrounding areas of Eugene and this location was the cheapest I could find.However, the manager who checked us in and out was extremely personable and was very attentive. He made sure that we had everything we needed even though they didn't really have much. The property was the opposite though. The room smelled like cigarettes, floors were cold and moist, toilet seat broke off after one day, and for some reason there was only one lamp in the corner that was so dim we had to keep the bathroom door open and have that light on while we got ready. Opening the window curtains was not an option because it opened up right to the parking lot and had no sheer curtains to block out view, but let in light. So that didn't help at all. If you're on a tight budget or have no other options, this place has a bed, a TV, a shower, and a toilet. You'll survive.

Glad I read the reviews. Brought my own pillows and blankets to lay down and shower towels. The room was clean for the vintage. The shower head was fixed at about mid back so washing my hair was nearly impossible. NO TOILETRIES were in the room other than a room of TP and two towels and a few hand tools. Lots of Ants! There was also a strange random high pitched beeping noise coming from one of the other rooms all night.  One lamp in the corner was the only light minus the bathroom light. No security lock on the door. Smokers were smoking right outside our room so it was coming in through our heating unit.

The Relax Inn is a great value: affordable rates, clean room, comfortable beds and cable TV.

Wasn't able to get room until 5:30 PM because we had to wait for the room to be cleaned. Also had heated argument with manager over room charges.

This is a fine, basic motel. Needs to have a working ice machine.

The property is old and outdated but it was clean. The only thing we did not like was only 2 lights one in the room and one in the bathroom.
