Nicola was a great host,lovely breakfast, fresh ground coffee, cereal. Toast,if you wanted anything else you let Nicola know the day before and she will do her best to get it for you, very clean room,comfortable 
bed,fresh towels, would stay there again,highly recommend.

This is a great place to stay, right next to the beach and the harbour.The welcome is warm, a great hostess, the bed very comfortable and the bedlinen pristine. The continental breakfast is the best ever. Easy walking distance to the train station. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Had a amazing week at Weymouth Sands Guest House.  Nicola was lovely, so welcoming and made my child with additional needs feel so at home.  Nicola even went out of her way to make sure that my sons medical needs were met. The view from the room was stunning, the bed was lovely and I had the best nights sleep I have ever had.  We can't wait to go back.  This place is a little gem.

Situated between the harbour and the beach it is a very convenient place to stay.  In easy walking distance of the bus terminus too.  Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Nicola saved the day and even texted me when room was ready.wonderful breakfast and nicola is always happy to help.i would recommend and will definitely stay again, she makes you feel very welcome .lovely little details like bath mats in each room

Lovely guesthouse

Perfect location to stay, central to the beach, harbor, town, restaurants, and places to visit. 
The rooms were very clean, had a delightful fragrance and were beautiful with amazing sea or harbor view. 
Breakfast was perfect and customized to your needs. Nicola was very welcoming, and her lovely small touches could be felt in every corner of the hotel and room. 
Definitely recommend, and there’s no need to look for another place for our next visit.

Excellent hotel and great place to stay

As a single traveller I had a single room overlooking the beach which, surprisingly, was not on the top floor.It was small, but so am I, so I found it quite adequate for my needs.  Everything was clean and tidy.  The bed has to be amongst the most comfortable that I have ever slept in.  I slept like a top.  Shared toilet and shower, which overlooked the harbour, but did not see any sign of anyone else using,  The shower was good and extremely easy to use but I only had it set on a low setting, for a nice refreshing wash down.I was impressed with the TV, with loads of choice of programmes and with tennis on I was able to enjoy watching a picture better than on my old set at home.

Best B&B in weymouth for location, host, rooms, breakfast....the list goes on.
We were greeted by our fabulous host Nic and she let us drop off our cases as our room wasn't quite ready, we were very early, received a text message about an hour later to say room was ready, cases had been taken up to our room for us. 
Room was beautiful with the most stunning Seaview.
Nothing was too much trouble, we were treated like family, loved it so much we are returning again in April and hopefully August.  


Wonderful weymouth sands

If you’re looking for a nicely presented well appointed value for money guest house/B&B with amazing sea and harbour views you can’t go wrong with Weymouth sands guest house imo.

I have been here for three days this time, have previously stayed here when colin and dianne were running it but they have retired and the business now is run by the lovely Nicola and she is a lovely host also. 

I’m glad this place is still serving guests even in our trying economic times.
