Stayed in this hotel just as Covid was taking effect. I witnessed many trolleys of toilet rolls and pasta and rice being wheeled out to cars from the Tesco opposite. Bit weird. But soon to become normal behaviour. The hotel was great. Staff helpful and all things worked just fine. When I got home the world shut, so I didn't return to work for another 3-4months. All in all a very interesting visit. ps the website makes me pick a wrong date, but it was as covid struck!

We actually stayed in the Premier Inn, Congregation Way, WEST BROMWICH B70 6PU, which is about 0.5 miles away from the former hotel, and which we thought was excellent.

We had booked to arrive on what was correctly forecast to be the hottest day since records began.  Wanting to avoid the heat, we travelled early and arrived at 10:30, not expecting our room to be available until 15:00.  However, the very helpful person on reception went immediately to check that our room was free and that the air-con was on for us.  We found all the staff to be very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast service was all we could need.  We shall definitely be staying here again!

Great, but not the hotel you are showing on your site!

We stayed here for 3 nights and the room was clean and comfortable. The only problem was as our daughter is in a wheel chair, it was difficult for her to use the toilet and wasn't able to access the bath/shower. We did ask the reception if they had a room with an accessible bathroom, but the only accessible rooms were not suitable for families. The staff were very polite, welcoming and helpful. We have used premier Inn hotels quite a lot and the staff here in my opinion were some of the best. 
In conclusion if this hotel had family accessible rooms with either a wet room or accessible bathroom it would of been one of the best we stayed in.

Good clean, comfortable and welcoming.

This was a great staff but absolutely blown away by the friendliness and kindness of the staff. Every single member of Premier Inn staff we encountered was so polite and helpful. We loved chatting to them at breakfast and dinner. June and Michelle were especially lovely. 

The hotel itself was a great base for Cadbury World and also Stratford-Upon-Avon. It was a little tired in places, but not too bad overall. Obviously because of Covid restrictions things were not as normal, but the hotel dealt with it very well. My only very minor criticisms were that I booked a twin room for my son and I, but there was no bedding for the single bed, towels, or enough Tea/Coffee for two people. The staff completely rectified this for us. They also purposely put us on the seventh floor where is was quiet as requested, as my Mum was staying with us, and also put her in a room next door. 

The breakfast was delicious and completely faultless, and also offered incredible value as kids eat free. The dinner menu was a little limited due to covid, but the food was delicious and offered excellent value. 

Overall, a really great stay, with incredible value. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Lovely Stay, Made Great By Perfect Staff

This is a very seedy hotel. It’s next door to a swingers club and houses “customers” from the club for I’ve been
Informed.  My husband and I had to listen to group sex sessions all night last weekend and was just the worst thing to experience especially at a time like this.  Upon googling the premises it is clear  that this isn’t the first time there’s been complaints.  Disgusting conduct of business. Shame on you premier inn. Place also stinks of cannabis

Wrong on many levels

stayed was for for 1 night, was a bit apprehensive as this was the first time we have stayed away since lockdown. Was made feel very safe and relaxed immediately due to the friendly efficent service we received when checking in - thank you Michelle and Daniel.

Room perfect for a night's stay, beds comfy no issues with noise.

Had breakfast in morning again impressed with the service and attention to detail, felt very safe. Would stay again if in area.

Comfy Bed's and great friendly Service

We booked this hotel as we were going to a photography show, the show was cancelled due to the virus but we thought we'd still use the hotel we'd book. So glad we did. This hotel was fantastic. The staff we're all lovely. The Room was immaculate and the breakfast was superb. 

Family

Dropped in for one night after late flight in from Egypt. Made to feel very welcome , slept in a gorgeous bed so really very comfy and full breakfast next morning where I pigged out on bacon after not having any for a month!!

Excellent

I had the worst experience as service was bad, the food was cold, the shower did not even work so will not be staying there again. The food was cold, so overall experience was very bad, the car parking code did not even work.

Bad service

We enjoyed our evening at premier inn west bromwich central. I would just like to thank Dan and Julie for their very warm and kind welcoming towards us, very lovely hospitality which is very rare.
