Great location. Apartment was on top floor with no lift. 5 of us stayed over Christmas for 3 nights so carrying luggage , presents, food etc was exhausting. We booked for 5 but they only set up for 2 people so the cleaner had to come back. The freezer door wouldn’t shut as it was full of ice. Most of the freezer drawers wouldn't open. The cleaner bashed off as much ice as she could. Everything else was great. Lovely decor. Would stay again

Clean spacious apartment

Stayed here for 2 nights on a girlie weekend as we had activities booked nearby.
Apartment was clean and had plenty of utensils and cutlery. 
also near to pubs and shops. 
would have given 5 starts only we had some issues with the Wi-Fi initially that we had to resolve.

spot on apartment in central Andover 

We stayed in apartment 3 on the top floor, one bedroom with a pull out double bed. Had everything we needed for a night stop. Tea, coffee, sugar and all the cleaning equipment. Well stocked kitchen, although could do with some large tumblers or pint glasses. 
Very clean and comfortable. Would not recommend for small children as the steps are steep and the pub and wine bar directly opposite satay noisy until 11ish. 

Excellent stay, clean and comfortable 

The apartment we stayed at was 82A-2. It looked quite new, modern and clean on the inside, which I'm sure it is. The property has a bath, shower, 2 toilets, 2 bed rooms (with very nice beds), and a living room/kitchen. There's a washing machine (no dryer) and a dishwasher along with a fridge, a toaster and a kettle. The property is in a central location close to a doctor, Lidl/Waitrose, Boots Chemist, banks, and a lot of restaurants and other shops, which I needs to be as I'll explain in a second.

Unfortunately the owners of the apartment seem incapable of furnishing the apartment with anything 'disposable' by that I mean the was NO shampoo/shower gel, kitchen towel, extra toilet paper, extra rubbish bags, dishwasher detergent, or laundry detergent! Some very basic necessities you'd expect for a short term accommodation. I mean we had a similar apartment in Belgium and there was some milk for tea in the morning, chocolates, candies and even a bottle of wine! That's proper hospitality but this company seems to be okay without even providing shampoo? 

And it doesn't stop there, a lot of the furniture seems to be like factory rejects from IKEA, the tap in the bathroom is astoundingly bad so much so that I feel obligated to write about it, if you're a man have a shave before you come here, half of the cupboards are locked and the ones that aren't feel like they're made out of cardboard and one almost fell on my mother! The floor is also terrible it's as if somebody just superglued wood on top of the old floor, with noisy uneven boards, and just hope there isn't anybody upstairs because it sounds like they're wearing military boots 24/7.

Also checkin was at 4pm which is FAR too late.

Tldr; expected a lot better, lack of basics, but clean and 'modern' if that's all you expect.

Not All That Glitters Is Gold

What a brilliant place to stay, lovely and clean right in the heart of the town. My sister stayed here for a week and she loved the place as we did. The Landlady was lovely and nothing was a problem. Brilliant views of the church from the top penthouse.  Bath lovely and deep with enough room for two 😋. All in all a great place to stay in andover.

The apartments were spotless and spacious and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment is situated on the High street in Andover and very handy for the shops, pubs and restaurants......if we were to come back to Andover we would definitely stay here again! Thankyou Joyce, you were lovely!
