Perrots House Bed and Breakfast

We stayed here for four nights whilst looking around the castle and surrounding areas in advance of our daughter's wedding next year. Sue, the owner, is very friendly and helpful, giving us little local tips. Everything is lovely and clean, if a little in need of a little paint in places! We appreciated the personal touches like the fresh daily milk in the room. The bed was comfortable. You have breakfast in the dining area of Sue's kitchen and everything is freshly cooked. There is a good selection to choose from including croissants, full English breakfast, yoghurt fruit and cereal. The garden is lovely with garden furniture, though the weather was not nice enough for us to use it! Parking is available on site, but a tight fit (Sue helps you to get in and out if you need it). It's a great place to stay for access to Berkeley Castle, Bristol, Gloucester, Cirencester and lots of pretty little villages. Also close to Slimbridge Wetlands, though we didn't have time to go! A unique place to stay if you like to stay somewhere a little different with lots of character.
