Went here with my fiancé and parents for the Christmas market, this is the second year running that we have stayed here and the guest house and hostess are lovely. The facilities are brilliant for the price point. The location is perfect as just a short walk into Stratford and with free parking on site this makes a real difference. Breakfast is cooked to your preference which is a lovely personal touch. We have already booked for next year.

Stratford Victorian Market

A very warm welcome, a lovely homely feel. The owner was lovely and couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay was good, on arrival we were offered ample information about the area. 
The room and all other areas were spotless, the room perfect and breakfast was lovely, would definitely stay here again. 


Fabulous 

This was a short trip for the theatre, and once again the accommodation was excellent. 
Parking, a wonderful host in Jeanne, a great breakfast and spotless room, what more can you ask for. Add in that it’s close to town and the theatres and you end up with somewhere very, very close to perfect.

Never Disappoints

Have never stayed in a B&B before, we normally stay in hotels. I would love to return, clean and tidy room, large too, parking and a lovey lady running it. 
Very knowledgeable and helpful and cooks the best breakfast which is in with the room price.

Very nice

Lovely guesthouse. Second visit and hope to enjoy the company of the owner more as made up feel like your coming home. The house is spotless. Breakfast is delicious and hot. Everything is made as you want it. Everything you need is in walking distance. 

Excellent guesthouse

This is a lovely guest house. Jean makes you feel very comfortable, the rooms are VERY clean & it is 10 minutes walk from the theatres and the centre of Stratford. The breakfast was perfect, just how I like it. A really relaxing homely place.

Wonderful location for the theatre, a really comfortable b & b

Have stayed here on several occasions and have always been delighted with the standard of the accommodation. This trip was no different, received a warm welcome from Jeanne, and as always the room was spotlessly clean with everything we could need.
Breakfast is excellent and sets you up for a days exploring, given that it’s only a few minutes walk into Stratford or the RSC.
Cannot praise the place highly enough.

Wonderful

Overnight stay in two rooms which were immaculate,Only a 7 minute walk from the centre it is well-placed for the RSC and other attractions.The welcoming owner is very knowledgeable regarding the area and things to see/do and she has a special interest in theatre.
The rooms were both good sizes and comfortable and the full English breakfast was very good.We will definitely look again here for accommodation next time we are in the area.

Flawless

Close to The town centre, within walking distance  (maybe five minutes.) Very clean,decent sized rooms . Good breakfast.Ample car parking and friendly host with good knowledge of the area and things to do. An excellent base for surrounding area
