I use Travelodge all the time. Was on our Easter break holidays. Used this Travelodge for 2 nights. It was a nice experience staff was really helpful n friendly. Lad on receptionist was really nice. Help us with the local restaurant information. Room was clean n was of good size for family of 4.

Family friendly

The Bedding and towels were dirty and stained, obviously not washed before my stay. Room is old fashioned and dirty, rubbish left from previous guest. Room was cold and dark heating did not work. Would never stay here again

Disgusting

Stopped for one night on the way back from the far north. Very convenient location and well equipped comfortable room for the low price. Chosen because the nightly rate was a little lower than other nearby hotels on that particular night. Downside was that being at a Mway service station there was a lot of traffic through the night. Not excessive but I was at the end near the lorry park and there was a constant drone from, I think, refrigeration units. Also only places to eat were in the Mway service station and we're the usually selection of poor quality overpriced fast food. Think in future I'd pay the extra for one the branches next door to a pub where I can get a proper meal. 

Convenient stop over for travel to Northern Scotland

Lovely hotel with a great wee services next door. Greggs Burger King, Costa WH Smith and marks and Spencer . Was easy to find and very peaceful . Very large comfortable bed clean room decent tv and pet friendly 

Comfortable and quiet

Used this Travelodge several time. It's value for money. It was nice staying here again room was clean with comfy bed. Guy at reception was really helpful I had some trouble with my tv remote He manage to fix it. they also had free guest parking on site.

We used Stirling M80 Travelodge on a late check in coming from Glasgow Airport, travelling to Montrose. It was a useful stopping point on our way home after a very late flight. The post code that was listed did send us up a lane to a dead end but it was less than a mile away.

I’ve stayed here a few times on my trips to Scotland.
It’s what you would expect from a Travelodge.
Easy access from motorway,  all the amenities of the services, friendly and helpful staff , great for a stopover and excellent value for money .

Great value !

For a night or two Travelodge does the job. Handy having the services next door with Burger King, Star Bucks, and Greggs. It's starting to feel a little dated - the rooms could do with being modernised, but clean and well maintained.

Recommend for short visit

Stayed at travelodge for 2 nights. It was very good experience my rooms were very clean and room was of good quality. Reception staff was really helpful. Location was really good. It was on the services area. Will definitely come back here to stay

Great :)

I booked a family room in July. I travelled with my wife n 18month neice. We only stayed 1 night. On arrival the receptionist was polite but could see she was more interested in what she was doing on her phone. We were given our key and told where abouts the room was. She then continued with her phone. Entering the room. Beds were made up. Carpets were cleanish. On closer inspection of the bedding, there were markings but it smelt clean. We stayed the night. We tidied up the room in the morning. Put all used bedding in a bag and all rubbish in a separate bag ready for the cleaners. Took our bags to the car after checking out. Then we set off. Then I started itching. I scratched and found 6 bites. My neice was also in discomfort. When my wife who was also scratching, looked there were a further 12 bites on my neice. My wife looked on herself and found a further 11 bites. I reported this to travel lodge who told me they found an infestation in a neighbouring room to mine and this could explain the bites. So I asked for some compensation. They then replied basically saying I'm lying and therefore not getting anything as an apology. I was not bothered about the receptionist, the dirty carpets or the marked bedding. This was minor. The insect bites were the big issue. Only to be told I was lying when I sought compensation.
