What a superb located house that has multiple rooms for different types of trips, you have rooms from the photos and booking options for single occupancy, couples retreat and a lovely family room we stayed in with a small toddler! The views from the front of the house was just phenomenal and have attached a photo for proof, the beds were comfortable and pillows too, only fault I found in the room 6 was the plug didn’t suction properly so I had to put some plastic around it to get it to just hold the water so I could bath my little one however this isn’t a dealbreaker as an easy fix reported to owners :) 
I would very much highly reccomend this place to stay especially out of season! 
Small car park within walking distance for you to get bags out etc, and even if your lucky out of season may I add (1/11 through to March) is free on the road right outside the place. 
I will definitely be re booking to come back in May time.

Fantastic house, fab facilities and rooms and the view is phenomenal

Easy to find, under 10 min walk from station. Up some stairs to the street, which wouldn't be suitable for someone with leg problems.
Very handy having a code to enter the place and bedroom, no worries of keeping a key safe whilst you're out and about. 
Very clean and lovely fluffy towels, lots of pegs in bathroom to hang things, radiators easy to turn up and down.

Close to centre, well looked after, cosy and with good bathroom.

Very comfortable everything yon need in a room.Kitchen was very clean as was rest of the property will definitely be back very smooth experience.House was very close to the town and all restaurants and bars and some lovely little shops and sea front😃

Family weekend

The room was nicely decorated with a view of the sea; the owners were very friendly and accomodating; breakfast was delicious (especially the mushrooms) and it was in a perfect location - 5 minutes from Porthminster Beach and 5 minutes from the shops!

All-round lovely stay!

Little Leaf offers a lovely base for exploring St. Ives. We especially enjoyed our spacious "sea view" room (#2), with its ever-changing panorama of town and harbor. The  room was comfortable and thoughtfully provisioned, including complimentary wine upon arrival. Breakfasts were generous and included specials. (The house omelette is delicious!)  Antony, our host, was very gracious, responsive, and helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations. We highly recommend Little Leaf. Many thanks, Antony! We had some difficulty finding our way to the parking lot, because  our Google Maps GPS system was unreliable in parts of St. Ives. We'd advise careful study of the map &  directions in advance, to avoid such a problem. 

Great Hospitality

We had a wonderful stay at Little Leaf, Tim was a fantastic host, we were greeted with a cup of tea on arrival & then shown to our room (Room 2) & what a room. 
It had the most spectacular views from the huge bay window which we enjoyed sitting in with the complimentary glass of wine. 
The room itself was a great size with a balcony, lovely comfy bed, large shower & plenty of storage space. 
The breakfast was wonderful, so much choice & very well cooked.
The location is on a hill, however so is most of St Ives, but it is only a short walk into town & if you take it slow the hill isn’t too bad.
We will be recommending little leaf to anyone who is heading to St Ives & we would certainly stay again.

Spectacular Views

Clean bright rooms, welcoming service, fantastic home-cooked breakfast, flexible on arrival / departure time, wonderful views over St Ives, good location, good value. A great stay! Would definitely come again. 

Warm welcome

Second stay. An excellent 2 nights lovely room, good view, wonderful breakfast and service.  Very welcoming hosts and will come back again. The house has a good position overlooking the bay with good quick access,if a little steep, down to the town.

St Ives Stay

The waterproof mattress topper made the bed roasting hot and made me feel like a kid at risk of wetting the bed.
The glass toilet door wasn't pleasant either.
Otherwise nice hotel with good facilities

Mixed bag

Me and my girlfriend had a lovely weekend staying here but only thanks to the location and the view/balcony in the room that we stayed in.
We stayed in room five, it's a lovely big room with a lovely view and balcony but that being said, there were multiple stains on the carpet,a huge stain on the ceiling. Also there was seagull poo on the chairs on the balcony.For the money paid it wasn't up to standard, dated and needs love and attention.
Also to mention that an American couple that was staying in the property had trouble with the washing machine. There was an error code and wouldn't unlock the door so they couldn't get there clothes out. After continuously trying to contact people from ocean house and no reply,they had to ring Hotpoint helpline and had to pay £15 for the information to get there clothes out of the washing machine.
I think there customer service is disgusting how they didn't get back to those people, those people needed there clothes as they were moving on in the morning. I would definitely not stay here again for the money that they charge and the customer service issues.
Not good enough.
