Where do i start here. This is the only B & B we have stayed in with our dog that is very dog friendly. We have stayed in a few that advertise and  certainly are not.
Sally goes out her way for you and cooks your dog a sausage in the morning when you have your breakfast, do try her gypsy toast it is lovely, and also  her full cooked breakfast, we just can not fault.
The rooms are lovely and clean . 
This B&B is a true gem ,we love it here this was are 3rd visit and can’t fault it at all.

Lovely comfortable room. Beautiful cooked breakfast. Vegetarian breakfast was great loved the salmon and scrambled eggs option . Close to park and amenities.  Great weather helped make this an even better stay . Great place for a short  stay in Scarborough 

Great stay

We always stay due the them being a poochy friendly place. Always make sure we are catered for with us being awkward vegans. The best! So accommodating. Going again this year 2019 and cannot wait!! !! 

Amazing as always 

My brother and I booked two single rooms. He got a double. The price of £35 was cheap but the quality of the rooms, the excellent breakfast with loads of choice and the friendliness of our host were outstanding. I will book this place again. Don't know how they can give 5* quality for 3* price. loved it.

Perfect stay

Booked 2 double rooms direct with Sally @ a good deal. Rooms were spacious with built in wardrobes, sink/vanity unit and en-suite shower and toilet. Very comfy beds and nice coordinated furnishings. Friendly staff and fabulous breakfast - best in Scarborough imho and I've stayed in over a dozen different places!  Multi choice questionnaire even includes porridge and gypsy toast (eggy bread) which was divine. Would definitely recommend this place and planning next years stay already.   

Lovely B&B! :)

I could not recommend this place enough!! Stayed here twice with dogs and they are just incredible. Me and my partner are vegan and they go above and beyond to accomadate us!! Honestly the most incredible b&b 😍😍😍😍

Great little hotel in a good location .There are three car parking spaces to the front of the hotel .Friendly owners and staff , comfortable room . Nice cooked breakfast in the morning , fruit juice , cereal , toast . The hotel is pet friendly . I would stay here again .

summer holidays visit

Hmmm. Difficult one to write.  The location is very good. Literally a 2 minute walk to Peasholm Park and the beach and shops just beyond.  You can get a bus down to the bustling seafront and town centre if you prefer a bit more noise, but a day pass can be expensive at £10 for two.  So, the front of the hotel doesn't look as fresh and tidy as the photos, it all needs some TLC.  Inside, there's a front room to be used as a guest lounge, however, be aware, there are lots and lots of Venetian masks on the walls which are the owners collection. Whilst I appreciate how special they are, and some are very rare, I found them very creepy.  It's a traditional B and B, lots of local information, 9 (I think) rooms on 3 floors. The stairs are very narrow and quite steep so not suitable for elderly and less agile. I have back problems and struggled a bit with them, my Mum more so.  The room was a good size, big windows, TV, hostess tray including biscuits, very small en suite., one double, one single and a seating area by the window.  Cleanliness overall was a good standard,.  However, the shower head was very dirty. In fact, it was so bad, I had to scrape it off with my finger nail. Hadn't been cleaned in months. We wanted a second day in Scarborough and to save finding another place we opted to stay here a second night. Seeing the cleaners the next morning, I showed them the shower and it was dealt with immediately.  Upon booking the 2nd night, we were assured it would be cheaper booking direct with the owner. This wasn't the case which was disappointing. The breakfast, just as everyone says, is fab.  Lots of cereals and juices to choose from followed by freshly cooked hot food. There's an incredible choice for breakfast here., including an extra sausage for our pooch. My overall feeling is that this is a comfortable, traditional B and B but I ferl the owner is somewhat overwhelmed doing a lot of the work herself. It's a tough business to be in and very unforgiving which is hard enough. I don't know how she cooed single handed
