Good location. A very spacious hotel with plenty of parking. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Restaurant and bar very spacious serving excellent food and drinks. All staff very welcoming, friendly and cannot do enough for you a credit to Premiere Inn. Thoroughly enjoy staying here and will be staying in the future. Highly recommended. 👍👍👍

Great Stay !

The service at this hotel was superb; lovely, clean room with all amenities needed; superb breakfast; easy to locate with many easy routes to access London. The car park was reasonably priced with plenty of space with access to both the M25 and the A1.

Stay at South Mimms/Potter's Bar Premier Inn

Narcis  was away from reception when I arrived, I pressed the assist button and he came to reception straight away. I arrived at around 11:45 am and my room was already allocated and ready for me.  The service I get at this hotel is always top rate and the room are clean and well maintained. Great stay

A great stay

Parking is not free of charge, this is a large hotel situated next to South Mimms Service station, with a nice restaurant and bar. It's a large hotel meaning it can be a good 5 minute walk to your rooms. The room has a lot of amenities including tea and coffee making facilities and built in AC. I would stay again.

Nice pleasant hotel

We stayed here to visit family nearby and we enjoyed our stay. 

Everything was absolutely fine for us, but what made our stay was the wonderful team here at this hotel.

From our initial interaction at reception to the restaurant staff and everyone else we met there, they are all so lovely, helpful and friendly and a credit to Premier Inn.

We would definitely stay again - great location, parking and nice restaurant.

Great location, wonderful team

We just spent the weekend at this premier inn, the staff go the extra the mile, a staff member who seemed to be chef and waiter with name Michael was friendly and chatty, took time to listen to us and he helped by giving our kids free entertainment which was a great touch as my son as autism, also made him laugh with a dad joke for my son. 
Rooms are great with comfy beds, wasn’t keen on the pillows but was still fine. The breakfast was lovely with a great choice. 
We will be returning for future London dates when we come back and explore.

Great staff service

I’d never stayed in a Premier Inn before, so didn’t know what to expect, but I was really pleased by the size of the room, the cleanliness, the facilities (charging port, air con) and the view. Just off a ring road isn’t the nicest place in the world, but I had a tree outside of my window, which was nice and also gave a sense of privacy. Dinner was fine but breakfast was lovely. The staff were helpful, friendly and very professional. I had a really good sleep and would definitely stay there again if ever in the area.

One call out was dianna her service was beyond excellent, and she needs to be recognised. All the staff need a pay rise,  the rooms where excellent clean and would return repeatedly

1 night

My son had booked us a room after arrival back into London luton airport from cairo as we had a long journey home. On arrival we downloaded the app and paid for parking. We had tried 3 times to ring the hotel as we were scheduled to arrive after 11pm and they asked you to let them know if this was the case. The phone just constantly rang so we were worried 😟 but when we arrived at front the automatic door opened. 
There were screens to pop in your reservation reference number and this was super easy. The key was printed quickly.It felt super safe as you had to use your key to get primary entry into hotel and into each floor and your room. The room was clean and well finished beds looked good. There was usual tea and coffee facilities but would have liked to see bottled water 💧 or information on where to get some. The shower was good very nice to see baylis and harding toiletries as I use them myself and they are super quality and vegan.Plenty of storage.Good quality towels. Very pleased to see recycled toilet paper plant based products and a note by the bin asking you to leave plastic and tins for recycling by housekeeping. We had a good night's sleep 😴. In the morning we were able to leave when ready just pop the key in a box.
Reasonable cost for the room. 
All in all a good stay.

Brief stop

Very comfy beds, spacious family room and very quiet.
Unfortunately the WiFi wouldn't connect at all in our room, perhaps because we were on a lower floor, I don't know, but very frustrating!  Bathroom needed a bit of TLC, but loved the Baylis & Harding toiletries and large bath sheet towels - excellent!
