What was good

The upgraded room (Accor priveledged) was excellent. Good size, quiet, comfortable and close to the lift. Staff were friendly and food in restaurant tasty. Breakfast was excellent. Restaurant waitress was really nice and did her best to compensate for the delay including 20% discount off the bill.

What was bad

The initial room allocated was tiny with barely enough space to get round the bed. Service in restaurant very slow (50 minutes wait for dinner) probably because there was a large tour group and we could not book a table until 20.30. Not acceptable particularly when the restaurant manager was rather rude/arrogant after I pointed out how long we had waited. Had we been warned service would be slow we would have made different arrangements. Customer service inconsistent.
