Amazing sandwichs and breakfast the staff are very friendly and welcoming me and mum Always go there Eva for breakfast or lunch 😋 

I Recommend the burger 🍔 or the tuna and red onion or Cucumber Sandwich which is amazing Comes with chips

This was a great find. Comfortable accommodation, excellent service and good value. David, the owner, is a top bloke who can't do enough for you. I will definitely be going there again! The food in the cafe is good too. 

Great location, excellent service, comfortable rooms

We stayed here for 2 nights in a downstairs room The owner was very helpfull when we booked. We had a nice big room with a comfortable bed and pillows. The bedding was good quality and nice and clean. A nice size bathroom-the towels were nice and soft too! Plenty of tea and coffees etc.which were replenished.The onsite farm shop and cafe were very good, with pleasant helpfull staff.We enjoyed looking round the other onsite shops too. Hopley House is well situated and good value for money. We would recommend and definitely stay again. Many thanks.

2 Night Stayover.

Lovely stay. I was pleasantly surprised considering how little I paid. Room was comfortable and clean. Check in process was friendly and efficient. Wifi wasn’t working but it didn’t really affect my stay 

Overnight stay for work 

Super place, and what lovely people. The room was very comfortable and the evening pizza was perfect and a  big breakfast too. And while you are there you have to try a Rolo cookie! All excellent, and brilliant value to boot 🙂

Great value, great people

We were stuck for something to do last week with the kids. Decided to call in at Hopley House for lunch as we haven’t been for a while. What a great place!! This place just gets better! Various little shops, crazy golf, a well stocked and reasonably priced farm shop, they even do B+B!! We had a lovely lunch, the staff were really friendly and the food arrived quickly and piping hot.

We met the owner Dave, a very friendly bloke who told the kids about the new animals that had recently arrived on site. WOW!!! Like a mini zoo. Cheshire Reptile Rescue and Sanctuary, well worth a look. 

We spent most of the afternoon at Hopley, finished with a game of crazy golf and an ice cream! We won’t leave it so long before we’re back!! 10/10 from us!

Fabulous family afternoon out

Farm shop was lovely.  Cafe not so good. Food was cold and burnt,  had to ask for milk with my pot of tea, then ask for a spoon. Five tablets around us were left piled high with food and tables needed cleaning but we’re left.  Not happy won’t be eating there again £35 for poor service. It’s ok for a quick brew but nothing more. So under staffed. Not happy.

Lunch visit

Plenty of choice, brilliant portions and consistently great service every time I call in. The staff are always friendly. Pleasant atmosphere. Also popular with cyclists, with plenty of outdoor seating.

Great lunch pitstop

Ideal for a stopover en route to Scotland we were very happy with our stay here.  They have the added bonus of a farm shop.  Dinner is not served though there is a kitchen if you need to reheat. Everyone very friendly, breakfast was great, payable separately. Will return

Very comfortable inexpensive stay

I had the pleasure of staying with Dave and his team for 3 nights a week from September to December 2022. The rooms were clean, bed was always made well and with lovely cotton sheets,  tidy and those little touches of supplied towels and wash kit really helped make the experience a pleasure throughout the time I was there. There was always a welcoming face available and on the times you may be late checking in they will check up on you and be waiting when you arrive. The cafe was a pleasure t have breakfast in and I cannot recommend the scrambled eggs highly enough! Farm shop is a joy to look around too. The outside shopping arcade looks fantastic but I was never there when it was open!
If I am ever staying up in that area again...Hopley House is where I am staying.
