Stay here every week . Staff are all friendly and welcoming . Get here today greeted by a sour face rude woman oh out of 10 stays there was bound to be 1 . Very unwelcoming should t be in hospitality that's all I will say . Think I will try a different 1 next week ha ha

Amazing stay as always when we visit heald green staff are always so friendly & helpful nothing is too much trouble would definitely recommend if you’re visiting family or flying out on your  holiday & it’s a bonus if you like watching the planes come in. Very good service from Elaine the head housekeeper always polite & very efficient nothing is too much trouble from checking in to checking out

Great stay

Stayed here quite a few times as it is very reasonably priced and not very far to Manchester Airport.  Happy to recommend, and would definitely stay again when flying from Manchester Airport.

Not the hotel's fault, but we struggled to find Terminal 2 - T1 and T3 were well signposted but we still don't know where we went wrong with T2!

Excellent overnight stay prior to flying out of Manchester Airport

This is significantly better value than most of the hotels within walking distance of Manchester airport (we’ve stayed in several over the years and they’re generally best avoided). Yes, you do have to catch a train from Manchester airport station for 2 stops down the line and from the station it’s a 5 minute walk (not so much fun when it’s raining). Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t offer an airport shuttle service but the trains are frequent (several every hour). The Beefeater restaurant serves the hotel and offers reasonable quality English pub food.

Better than most of the hotels near Manchester aiport

We had booked this hotel for one night due to us arriving from Manchester Airport after mid night, as we were traveling home to Scotland.
First impressions, the porter was very friendly, helpful and professional.
Our room was extremely clean as was the bedding, many thanks to Amy.
The bed was inviting and very comfortable, we had a great night's sleep.
Breakfast was very tasty, great value for money.
My only gripe was that the staff did not clear our cereal bowls, or side plates, they  sat us at a small table for 2 people, they handed us our cooked breakfast, twice in fact and still the used dishes were left behind. There was not that many guests in the restaurant at this time.
Apart from that, we had a lovely breakfast, many thanks to all involved. X

VALUE FOR MONEY

I've stayed at this Premier Inn on a couple of occasions - and it's lovely. A friendly welcome, with the receptionists being chatty without being overbearing. Room was clean and comfortable - as always. Also, I returned after a night out at 1am and it was comforting to have someone on reception when I came back, welcoming me. 

Just so comfortable, quiet and friendly.

Overnight stay as we needed to check in early at the airport (4am) so wanted a good nights sleep.  Unfortunately the touch screen temperature setting was not responsive.  Managed to get down to 19 degrees but still too hot for us to sleep.  Probably managed about an hour or two sleep.  Two grumpy passengers the next day at check-in!!

Air Conditioning not easy to control

used as overnight rest for early flight...struggled to park as we arrived at 10pm..but room was spot on with conftable bed..left at 5am.  shame they don't do wake up calls but for price it would be my choice every time I fly from Manchester

This is a really great location for a Premier Inn, 1 stop from Manchester Airport on Train, on flight path to airport which may not be to everyone's taste but was a highlight for us. The accommodation is looking pretty tired now, I would say overdue a refresh but the staff were very friendly and efficient and as usual PI breakfast is fantastic and great value with kids go free.

Great Location, Friendly Staff, Good Service

Excellent hotel attached to the Beefeater. Very clean and tidy room. Extremely comfortable in all respects. Food good too. Staff very friendly and welcoming and always helpful. 
Breakfast had a very good choice and was lovely apart from my over cooked poached eggs!
