We found our room to be very comfortable. The next morning, we had the distinct pleasure to meet Ms. Blanka Hergyo, Assistant Front Desk Manager. We had questions regarding extending our stay at the Hilton and inquired about places of interest and sights that she would recommend we visit while in London. Blanka asked pertinent questions, listened attentively, provided excellent suggestions and was extremely personable. She even came around the desk to personalize a map for us. Later in the morning through her front desk colleagues, Yelyzaveta and another delightful young woman, Blanka forwarded a carefully detailed letter containing superb recommendations on where we should visit and dine while on a future trip to Oxford. Clearly, Blanka listened attentively and is extremely knowledgeable about Oxford. Her stunning summary reads like a professional tour guide. She went above and beyond to provide this information. She is an extremely caring and capable staff member. This was evident through the high esteem her colleagues spoke of her. We are so very grateful for her kindness and professionalism. This is our first visit to London, and Blanka has made it so special and memorable. We are most grateful to her.
