We have just returned from our second stay at Burleigh House and again everything was excellent. We have stayed in some poor guest houses elsewhere in recent times so it is great to see that Julie and Steve are working hard to ensure that everything is kept spot on! Llandudno is a great place to visit and staying at Burleigh House which is right in the centre makes it a perfect break!

Another excellent stay

We would definitely recommend Burleigh House. Nothing was to much trouble for the hosts Julie and Steve. The bedroom was exceptionally clean and everything you could want. Breakfast was outstanding. If we return to Llandudno we would definitely stay at Burleigh House.

Outstanding Guest House

Stunning guest house immaculately clean breakfasts are just beautiful a great variety fresh fruit yoghurt cereals and a few varieties of fruit juice. Everything you need in your room and lovely and comfortable and warm highly recommended don't hesitate to book Burleigh house you certainly won't be disappointed and can't wait to return Julie and Steve are perfect host's and nothing is too much trouble thank you for the lovely Easter egg 😊

Absolutely outstanding, spotlessly clean, comfortable,fantastic service, delicious breakfast and superb hosts.Great location.Steve and Julie really make you feel welcome whilst also leaving you to enjoy your peaceful break.Comfortable rooms with everything you need.

Best b&b in Llandudno

We have been coming here, for the last 17 years when  it first opened. Julie and  Steve are  the perfect hosts,  Burleigh  House is well maintained , comfortable   and spotlessy clean. It is in a prime location,  a few  mins walk to the pier, beach and promenade.🌞🏖🤩

Good Times

Great location.  No on site parking but no problem finding somewhere to park.  Lovely B&B, friendly, helpful hosts.  Clean, well equipped and comfortable rooms.  Tasty breakfast with lots of choice (the BEST bacon).  Our go to place when visiting Llandudno 😊

Excellent stay!

With lovely spacious and well equipped rooms with one of the comfiest beds we have slept in we can't praise Steve & Julie highly enough for what they offer
It's central location makes it very easy to walk and take in all that Llandudno has to offer and you will really need to get your steps in if you take on-board Steve's full breakfast!
If like us you scroll Trip Advisor checking out all of the various hotels etc, then save yourself some time and just book the Burleigh as you won't find better!

Excellent hosts in Julie and Steve. Nothing was too much trouble. Room 8 was spacious with a lovely sofa. Breakfast was delicious. Ideal location in the town for access to Great Orme Tramway, shops, restaurants and pubs. We’ll definitely be back in the future. Steve - hope you had a great 60th and both enjoy your trip to USA

Excellent stay

Just returned from our first stay at The Burleigh, certainly won't be our last.
Everything you could wish for, location,hosts , room and breakfast all as described in the many reviews.
Only possible gripe is Steve's fondness for the wrong football team in red but we'll forgive him for that,and was more than made up for with our chats about music.
Will definitely be back 100%.

Outstanding stay

2nd visit, superb again. We won't go anywhere else now.. perfect location, beautiful,  clean and comfortable rooms. Super comfy beds and everything u need. Great hosts, superb food. Looking forward to returning again.
