I needed a night stay in Leeds with my son for a swim gala, I choose the hotel for price and location with no expectations.  The check in was easy and friendly, the room exceeded expectations and the dining facilities great as we had evening meal.  The price was average but needs must, so we had to pay it.  But it was a Saturday night    I'd recommend this hotel it was quiet too.    

Friendly, Comfortable and Modern

Been a great stay, the host at the bar John, and mark been very welcoming, felt less of a hotel more off a local hope I get snowed in so I can stay another night . Dinner was good, Room was good standard as you would expect with a premier inn, and if any thing is not up to stand, the on site staff are more then willing to accommodate.

Work stay

John and Kyle where the best staff to serve me. Stopped what they was doing to help me and made me feel welcome. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel as they made me feel like I was at home..

Best stay at a premier Inn

What an absolute saviour John is - unbelievable customer service superstar and all round gentleman.

Travelled up to Leeds forgetting my phone and vape charger but managed to get a usb c charger but no port to plug it into, John the legend went out of his way and sorted me right out with adapters to make it all work

Nicest staff, lads were so helpful great establishment, food was excellent, rooms were fantastic, big shout out to john and kyle lads went out off there way stopped what they were doing to assist genuinely great place to stay

Me and a few friends stayed here and upon arrival was made very welcome, perfect atmosphere and friendly staff who, although busy, catered to our needs profesionally.
Special mention to sarah at the bar, a lovely girl.

Excellent stay

Great location for what we were looking fie in regards of Xmas shopping and then watching Leeds United on the Wednesday evening 

Great parking and easy check-in. Staff were friendly and the room comfortable and clean

Great stay

We had a one night stopover while collecting a new car in the immediate area. The staff are all amazing, there was only three of them covering reception, bar and dining service but despite being extremely busy they were always smiling and extremely efficient. They were all a real credit to Premier Inn and I can only hope some senior manager recognises the value of the staff especially Sarah.  Top marks to all. The hotel and rooms were also excellent and without issue.

Reason why we booked premier Inn was location, walking distance to Leeds united ground ,been here before always good never had a bad night's sleep food good staff always available if needed,good price if booked early enough

Well worth staying

We had a really lovely stay here. We have been several times before and the staff is always great and it's always excellent value for money. We were visiting family in Leeds for Christmas and the hotel was a perfect end to a lovely day. I was touched by the selection box that was left on my son's bed on arrival. Very thoughtful.
