Stayed for 2 nites 2nd 3rd Feb as a couple. Service excellent thanks to Warren for his hospitality. We upgraded to the cabin which was gorgeous. Views amazing location tranqui . The breakfast was help yourself set in a lovely kitchen and the variety was excellent.  It's worth a visit x

Excellent two nites stay

Turning up after a chewy drive to a clean, tidy, well presented blissfully quite establishment is great. Then getting up to a nice warm shower and across to the breakfast room for a continental breakfast. Work, back and relax, self catering or local cuisine, ample takeaways close by, sorted.

A late shutdown, for the construction industry.

Superb rural peaceful retreat --grounds immaculate as is the accommodation --very well kept and clean Landlord Warren a great conversationalist --well done & thankyou. Plenty of parking and the place easy to find . Pubs fairly local but basic so best to go to Hedon and try the Greek restaurant there --excellent . The do it your self breakfast a great ide and it works 

Outstanding accomodation

Perfect place quiet. Self service breakfast room works well good choice for everyone.  Very clean and comfy. Friendly host. Easy to visit beaches hull beverley are not far away. Walk to spurn point a must.

Quiet and ckean

We have stayed here several times and every visit has had the same high standards 
  Rooms -  comfy beds great bathroom powerful warm walk in shower. 
Warren the owner offers a warm welcome. The continental breakfast arrangement had a good selection. Lovely homemade jams made on the farm made by Becky. I’ve never left without buying a jar to come home with. 
We also appreciated being able to use the breakfast room to bring in a take away to eat in the evening. 
Setting very peaceful. Highly recommend. I’m sure we will visit again. 

Consistently High Standards

Stayed here twice while working in the area. Warren is a welcoming host and looks after his guests. The rooms are clean and tidy, not the biggest but adequate. Clean and good sized bathroom too. Breakfast is in a separate building where everything you might wish for supplied for cold breakfast. Available to use if bringing in dinner from local takeaways too, or I did see someone bringing their own in in a box and heating in the microwave.
The only downside is finding the farm in the dark, but warren guided me in. Worth seeing where it is before first visit.

What a great find. For those not interested in faceless chain hotels

Lovely quiet spot away from the city, bright clean and modern rooms, 2nd stay here and have already booked again as it's a perfect stopover for us on our way south.The staff are very friendly and helpful with local knowledge.Places to eat close by too.

Lovely and quiet

Room 1 was very comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast is described as continental but there was much more . The buildings were modern. We were allowed to stay on to watch the T20 final in the breakfast room. Very enjoyable.

Very comfortable accommodation and varied breakfast choices. Very friendly hosts.

Just an overnight stay before an early start on a birding trip to Spurn.  The rooms are clean, comfortable, have super hot showers.  The ability to make your own breakfast at a time that suits you was the main reason we booked here and there is plenty of choice from cooked to continental.  Would definitely recommend this lovely B&B.

Excellent

We stayed here for one night as we had a wedding to go to nearby. Such a tranquil location and so peaceful - I have never stayed anywhere so quiet. It’s the perfect location for those who are into wildlife. 🌳

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with tea and coffee making facilities, tv and wifi. There’s a self service breakfast room complete with bread, meat, cheese, beans, tomatoes, pastries, cereals etc. 🥐

The owners are very welcoming and friendly and clearly take great pride in the service they provide. 😀
