Stayed for long weekend on a family visit. Very comfortable stay, delightful rooms and facilities. Marie really put herself out to help me.
Truly first rate.
Very close to centre of Harrogate, easy walk.
Good selection of breakfast items.

Terrific B&B and lovely owner

We had a great weekend staying in this lovely guest house 5 minutes walk into the centre of Harrogate. The rooms are well presented and well equipped . We would definitely stay there again but would book direct with the owner

Lovely Stay

I needed somewhere to stay in Harrogate for a weekend course.  The tripadvisor reviews recommended Dragon House.  I called and spoke to Julie and then Marie called me back. They were so friendly and helpful.  I stayed Friday night until Monday morning.  My room was a lovely single at the front of the house with a single bed, sink, TV, dressing table etc.  There were nice touches like free fast wifi, dressing gowns, towels, etc.  There was a loo and separate shower room and loo opposite which I felt very safe and comfortable using even in the middle of the night.  Everything was absolutely spotless.  The cooked breakfast was wonderful and they catered for my gluten free requirements (I'm Coeliac) brilliantly.  The whole team couldn't do enough to ensure you're safe, comfortable, know where you're going, etc.  There's free on street parking outside.  I enjoyed my stay so much it was like I was on holiday.  You're right in the middle of Harrogate and can walk to every amenity and shop and attraction you can think of.  It was just brilliant.  I'm hoping for an excuse to come to Harrogate again just so I can have a relaxing weekend at Dragon House.  Thank you all.

Brilliant!

We stayed here for a couple of nights and we had a lovely stay. 
The room was spotless and smelt nice and fresh as you walked in. The room we had was a family room with a shared bathroom.  The room was very spacious and the bathroom was exceptionally clean, and oh what an amazing shower!
Marie was very informative about Harrogate and along with her husband Aaron they were very friendly and helpful.
We are planning to do Harrogate again and we will definitely be staying here. 
An absolute gem!

Absolutely amazing!

From great communication throughout booking and the warm greeting from Marie we knew we had made a great choice. Marie also happy to provide map and recommendations of what to do and where to go - only 5 minutes walk to town a bonus yet in a nice quiet spot. The B&B is spotless, the room spacious and well appointed. A great breakfast and very well priced. Nothing is too much trouble and made to feel very welcome.

Weekend break

This is a lovely home from home, lovely rooms and amazing hosts who do make you feel more like family visiting. Easy walking distance into town and close to plenty of restaurants. Lovely room and comfortable beds, cant fault anything.

Will be returning

We stayed in the family room, which was lovely. We were made to feel very welcome and had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious too! The guest house is located about 5 min walk from the train station and town centre so it was also very convenient for us.

Very nice

We was very disappointed to be told it wasn’t worth the hosts effort of putting the oven on for a cooked breakfast for only a few guests, had to make do with a bowl of cereals, no reduction for the disappointment either.
