The property is conveniently located in the heart of Ross yet close to walking trails along the river. Hosts Geoff and Kim were very attentive and accommodating and served a great breakfast in a cozy dining room with a pleasant view. Our room had a very comfortable bed and an efficient updated bathroom with a good shower and plenty of hot water. We wholeheartedly recommend the Radcliffe Guesthouse.

Great location, comfortable rooms and a terrific breakfast!

Having never stayed in Ross on Wye before it was an excellent surprise to find such a beautiful guest house within easy walking distance to the the river and pubs and restaurants ,the guest house in very clean and comfortable,a great night’s sleep in spacious bedrooms with luxury beds , and the breakfast is cooked to order by the hosts Kim and Jeff who are very friendly and helpful,would definitely recommend and return.

Great weekend.

Stayed here before a few years ago and it was amazing. On returning here I have to say it is still amazing even though it has changed owners. Kim and Geoff are lovely people , there wasn’t anything too much trouble , and very informative about the area. Breakfast was excellent, everything, whatever you had was all excellent. The room was very spacious, nice comfortable bed with all tea and coffee you could need. Great location for access to the town.

Great place to stay

This was an unbelievable bed and breakfast, ideally located with panoramic views of the river, hosts were extremely welcoming, informative, we felt extremely well looked after. Rooms were exceptionally clean, bed the best I have slept in for a long time in any hotel in the UK, pillows so comfy, quirky rooms, lots of character, I would highly recommend.

An absolute gem of a bed and breakfast.

Stayed for 2 nights in room 2. The most comfortable bed we have ever slept in!! Geoffrey and Kim were fantastic hosts. Friendly and attentive. The room was spotless and had all the facilities needed. The guest house is situated in one of the prettiest streets in Ross. Steps to the right lead you down to the river in less than a minute. Turn left out of the guest house and your moments away from the town which has plenty of places to eat and lovely little shops. We had dinner at the Royal pub and hotel.  We ate on the terrace with the most wonderful views. 
Would highly recommend The Radcliffe and we will return.

Fabulous

We had a fantastic stay at Radcliffe Guest House and have already recommended it to many friends and family members. The central but quiet location is perfect for exploring Ross on Wye and the beautiful surrounding area. Our room was spotlessly clean and cosy with everything we needed and the amazing views were an added bonus! We will definitely return as felt extremely welcomed by the lovely owners. Thanks again 

Fantastic stay!

The Radcliffe Guest House is a lovely place to stay when in Ross on Wye. It’s comfortable, central and does a very good breakfast. Centrally situated to the town and the river, ideal for a weekend away. Our room had a seating area with a view of the river.

I was lucky enough to stay at this very stylish and beautifully decorated Guest House for three days.
I booked Room 1 which had an extraordinary large window with a breathtaking panaramic view of the countryside and the River Wye.
Everything about this guest house is of the highest standard and quality, 
I also booked breakfast every morning of my stay and was very glad I did as it was delicious and cooked by the delightful owner Beth who was warm, welcoming and friendly.
I highly recommend this exceptional Guest House as one of the best that I’ve every stayed in.

Magical Guest House!

We stayed here 2 nights 14-16 July and can’t recommend it enough.
Lovely rooms in a 17th century house in a central location with stunning views.
Breakfast is optional. We had the full breakfast which was £10 each and well worth the money. It was one of the best breakfasts we’ve had anywhere.
They also have the option of having a breakfast bap or bagel brought to your room for £5
The hostess is lovely very friendly and can’t do enough for you.
We will definitely come back when we are next in Ross on Wye.
It doesn’t have parking but there is some street parking and a 24 hour car park round the corner where you can park for 24 hours for £2.50

Highly recommended

Stayed in room 2 which has street views but can also see the river and mountains from the window seats.   Lovely big room with sitting area.  Beth was friendly and helpful and cooked us a delicious breakfast with local back and sausages.

Worth booking local restaurants if you want eat in the evening
