We were lucky to spend a week at The Oceanic Hotel. The accommodation is superb. Everything is high quality with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The rooms are very spacious and tastefully decorated. The owners are very helpful and the welcome hamper is a lovely touch. The hotel is positioned between the town and the beaches so everything is close at hand. We really can't fault anything about this accommodation. We'd definitely stay here again.

A Beautiful Place to Stay

We stayed for three nights, and despite the rain, and almost every restaurant booked, we had a gorgeous few days, and being able to go back to the suite at the Oceanic, where we wanted to spend hours in the Star Trek of showers, or the HMS Bathtub, from which we could see other ships in the harbour, huge cruisers, battleships, billionaires yachts, made us feel we had found a place close to heaven, and indeed it is: the hotel sits up on the hill, we could look down up on the town like a bird, which was appropriate as the suite was Zethar, Cornish for seagull. Tim and Heather are very welcoming, but also left us to be, and the privacy, the quiet, the easy access to beaches and town centre made this the perfect trip. The apartment has a small kitchen, a large living space, a very, very comfortable bed in a huge bedroom. We slept so well we thought of noting down the mattress manufacturer, but, of course, forgot. The shower is four dimensional, and so is the door entry system, which might sound trivial, but it is the best I've known anywhere. We could slip in and out of the hotel and our room, safe in the knowledge that we wouldn't be faffing with keys or keypads for ten minutes either way. Something I don't think the owners emphasise enough: there is a parking space. So many hotels advertise parking, only to find when you get there the car park is full, and after a six hour journey you have to circle the resort looking for some overpriced NCP multistorey. We arrived, found Tim, who showed us where we could park, helped us in with our luggage, gave us a quick tour, and wished us a pleasant stay. We had more than a pleasant stay. It was bliss.

Amazing place to stay, central with superb accommodation and beautifully presented, will definitely book again and can’t recommend them highly enough, truly 5 star and lovely owners who have made our stay truly memorable. If you are thinking of staying in Falmouth this is THE place to stay

The whole experience from arrival to departure, over seven nights was excellent.

The accommodation was spacious and furnished  to a very high standard, with all our needs catered for.

We couldn't fault the Oceanic, everything was perfect, probably one of the nicest places we have ever stayed.  Tim and Heather went the extra mile with everything.  The welcome hamper was amazing and completely adhered to our own dietary requirements.  It is close to everything in Falmouth and we also enjoyed the restaurants that they recommended.  Parking was a definite added bonus.  We hope to be back one day soon!

Fantastic stay at the Oceanic

Tim and Heather were excellent hosts and provided ideal accommodation for our stay in Falmouth. The apartment was modern, spacious and exceptionally clean. It had everything we needed for cooking in and they provided us with a lovely welcome hamper. There is also a bar and nice seating area outside.

The hotel is in a great location with restaurants, pubs, harbour, coastal path and beach 5-10 minutes walk away. I would highly recommend staying here. 

Great Stay

Found the oceanic excellent,everything was spotlessly clean ,welcome hamper was brilliant ,and our hosts very welcoming ,2 minutes walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the docks and town ,off road parking an absolute bonus

Had a fabulous stay 5 star luxury break suite was beautiful hosts Tim and Heather were brilliant nothing was too much trouble  lovely welcome hamper full of Cornish goodies. Restaurant recommendations were very helpful

Amazing hotel

Myself and partner stayed for 3 nights over the Bank Holiday weekend in the Morvoren Suite. What a stunning hotel! The room was much more spacious than we had anticipated and the welcome hamper was such a lovely touch. The quality of the furnishings and facilities are excellent as well. There is a nice sociable area out back with lovely sea views

The location is perfect for exploring Falmouth and beyond with the train station very nearby.

Tim and Heather were fantastic hosts and have really put a lot of thought and dedication into making the hotel what it is - a perfect retreat for couples.
