Wonderful hospitality from the moment we arrived to when we departed. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless with an amazing shower and all the facilities you would expect. Wouldn’t hesitate to rebook if we are in the area again. Worth the journey just for the delicious breakfast ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wow wow wow another stay at this great establishment. This is our fifth time staying here and it's just like coming home. What can I say the hosts Rob and Joy are just so friendly, welcoming and lovely. We stay in the room with the conservatory and its just idyllic. The whole establishment is spotlessly clean, bed is so comfy with crisp clean bedding. The breakfast is just out of this world cooked to order with toast, and a cuppa of you choice. If you want time away in a beautiful place with amazing hosts then this is the place to stay.

This is a lovely place to stay in the in the Botesdale/ Rickenhall area. In a very quiet, rural setting but easy to find and within easy reach of the larger towns, the accommodation is first rate, the breakfast amazing and the owners  - Joy and Rob - wonderful hosts who will make you feel very welcome. Cannot recommend highly enough!

“The owners couldn't do enough for you, breakfast was fantastic, cooked to order, well sized (they were trying to give us more than we could eat!), room was great, very comfy, clean and we would 100% go back again when in the area” they even gave us a lift to a local pub so we could collect our car after having left it there the night before :-)

We came to Grove Flock farm to celebrate a family wedding close by. A lovely little place and great hosts Joy and Rob. 
Superb spacious clean rooms and a great breakfast.

My friend and I needed to find somewhere for overnight stay and found this great B&B on the internet. 

Rob and Joy are the perfect hosts and if you are looking for a peaceful location you can't go wrong. It's certainly off the beaten track but don't let that put you off, it's worth it! 

Our room was spotless with everything we needed, great shower, great nights sleep and the best cooked breakfast, ever!

Our room was large with tea and coffee making utensils. It opened to a very pleasant conservatory with access to the garden and carpark, meaning the bedroom could be accessed without using the front door of the property. The bathroom was very spacious  and the cooked breakfast excellent. The property does not have an address recognised by sat-nav systems and finding it was not easy. Genial and professional hosts. Recommended.

Hard to find but excellent

Stayed for 2 nights. Very uncomfortable. Cold and damp room. Worst night sleep ever. I found the owner to be very stuck up. Wouldn’t recommend and I wouldnt stay here again. We live and learn next time il find somewhere better
