Sadly, we only had one night at this delightful accommodation.   The two rooms were extremely spacious, beautifully furnished and all the facilities were excellent.  The breakfast was cooked to perfection and served in the elegant dining room.  Set within charming gardens and surrounded by meadows, we could not have wished for better start to our recent holiday.  Would definitely recommend and return.

Country hospitality at its best

We stayed for one night on our way to Cornwall.  What a great find.  Whilst you may appear to travel through a newish housing estate to arrive this is a proper rural farm location with beautiful gardens and flowers.  We spent the evening sitting in the beautiful garden sipping wine and taking in the quiet surroundings.  The rooms are spacious and well equipped with views over the countryside.....and very quiet.  Our host, Rita, could not do enough for us.  Breakfast is of a high quality and fresh, local ingredients.  Could not recommend enough.

What a lovely B&B WeirFarm Mill is. Beautiful large room with an almost as large en-suite.A full English breakfast plus other alternatives served by Rita the host. Definitely a B&B to recommend and easy to get to from the motorway.

Only stayed for one night beautiful large room lovely huge bathroom,bath and shower Really good breakfast.Tea in the garden on arrival.Rita is a wonderful host and would definitely stay again .We stopped on the way to Sidmouth to break our journey

Wonderful stay

The setting for this B & B is idyllic, really- a large, beautifully kept garden bordered by a stream, and my room was large, airy and beautifully presented. A really pleasant touch was the pair of comfortable easy chairs with foot-stools arranged to enjoy the garden through the large window. Good bed and linen, and en suite facilities with a good strong shower. Easy parking. There are a pub and a cafe within reasonable walking distance, and the peace of the place is all anyone could want. For those travelling during the current scourge, the covid precautions were in place and respectfully enforced. The owner was very friendly, the breakfast was very good, and the price very reasonable... if you want more from a B & B, you're hard to please!

Superb peaceful B&B

We booked 2 rooms for 1 night recently and we were very pleased with our stay. We found the Rita to be very nice and served us with Tea and biscuits on arrival. The rooms were clean as were the en-suites. Very good full english breakfast. Would recommend stay there again and is only a few miles from the Cullumpton junction of the M5.

quiet B&B with good facilities

We stayed at this B&B because we were going to a wedding nearby.  It's a lovely B&B, Rita and her husband really made us feel at home straightaway. Our room had everything we needed as well as a beautiful view of the garden and surrounding countryside. We had a perfectly cooked full English breakfast (both days :)) but also had the choice of fruit, cereal, yogurts, toast, etc!

Try and book directly rather than online, that way the hosts can take the full amount they deserve and not lose 15% of it the nightly cost to a booking company :)

Lovely B&B

We arrived at this beautiful, quiet setting to be greeting by our friendly host who showed us to our comfortable clean rooms. The local pub, which provides excellent food, is an easy 10 min walk away. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious with a varied range of dishes. Our host went over and above to ensure our stay was comfortable. Thank you. We would definitely recommend Weir Mill for all travellers.

Charming, comfortable, friendly home

We stayed at this B&B as was nearby a wedding we were going to and we decided to make a weekend of it. This is a lovely B&B where the hostess really does make you feel at home. The room has all the extras you would want, tea, coffee, biscuits, hot chocolate, shampoo, shower gel, and my room had lovely views of the field which were filled with sheep, which was a very pleasant view. The local pub is a 10 minute walk which had poop table and music and everyone there very friendly, had a gorgeous restaurant in the pub too, with lovely food. The B&B itself did breakfast which really did have everything. Full English how you want it, fruit, cereal, yogurts, toast, etc! Only 3 rooms available so we took the whole place which was lovely, so great if your going with family and all want to stay in one place as has a family home home feel.

Stayed here as it was nearest to the wedding venue, lovely farmhouse dating back to the 13th century, our double room was lovely, overlooking the lovely flower garden and countryside, our morning breakfast was very good a good selection other than full English breakfast, cereals fresh fruit salad fruit juice a selection of yogurts. This is a good stop over if your on the way to Cornwall as it’s just 15 minutes of the M5. Payment is cash only.
