Brilliant stay at team valley met by the lovely harleen on reception and served at the bar by very friendly Ricky. My room was very clean bed was comfortable and the power shower was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and lots to choose from. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect stay!

Really good food and really friendly staff and easy access to shops, the beds were really comfy and great sized room with on suite bathroom and Great  parking as lots of space, I  would recommend to anyone to stay here  as the price was great for the night and the drink was reasonable priced.

A really great place

We stayed at the hotel in July and it was Great, Easy to park, clean and the room was Very comfortable and the breakfast was lovely and a good price. The staff were so friendly and nothing was an issue at all. I would recommend the hotel to family friends and anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

Great service and food

My husband and I visited recently for one night for a family wedding, we had no problem at all, friendly staff, good nights sleep and lovely breakfast and you can park outside the hotel which is always a bonus when staying in hotels. Never had a problem with a premier inn, you know what your getting

Wedding occasion

Once again we have stayed in Team Valley. We stayed at least twice a year and the service and welcoming smiles/ cleanliness has never deteriorated. We can’t speak highly enough of this place. Already booked to go back in October. I feel sure it will be the same

Welcoming

The hotel is easy to find and is in a good position for access to Team Valley and Gateshead. The rooms were very well equipped (Premier Plus), warm and comfortable. The restaurant was clean and service was excellent - a good choice of menu at very reasonable prices. Breakfast was also excellent with lots of choice and plenty of food. Great hotel for business users and for a few days break if visiting the local area.

Great hotel convenient for Gateshead and Team Valley

Very comfortable hotel with all facilities required. Staff very friendly and food very good. Easy access from A!. Good restaurant. Clean hotel. Easy parking. Nice rooms. Nice welcome from staff and easy check-in

Comfortable stay

Friendly staff,  a clean room, and a good location for what we required. The restaurant was handy for breakfast, but we did not use it for further dining as we travelled for a wedding. I would use this hotel again.

Clean and convenient

We had an amazing stay at the premiere in team valley :) we visit regularly and stay at the premiere 5/6 times per year ! Always great service , clean and nothing is ever a problem ! Highly recommended 

Fab cheap hotel 

I travelled with my children to Newcastle and stayed at Premier inn, Team Valley. The price of the hotel room was very reasonable. 

The room was as expected for Premier inn and the food was good.

It would have been an average stay had it no been for the care and attention provided by one particular staff member; Laura.
