Room was clean but took a while to warm up despite it being on the highest temperature. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good (5-10 minutes walk into lower Buxton) 
The restaurant was awful, we wish we’d have gone into Buxton instead but it was convenient. The breakfast was good though! 

Good breakfast

Having spent a day in the cold and snow, it was a delight to return to.. Warm, clean, spacious, Every member of staff we spoke to were pleasant, extremely helpful, with nothing too much trouble. 

Breakfast seemed a little pricey so we missed that and ate out.. Thats not to say it wasn't value for money, just pricey..

Parking on site was plentiful. 

Shall certainly be staying here again next time..

Close to Perfection 

From the lovely warm welcome from a staff member, to a brilliant night's sleep, would 100% stay here again. 
  It's a 15 minute walk to Buxton Opera house, plenty of free parking, an ideal location for visiting Buxton.

Great Stay

This Premier Inn is clean good value and friendly. The breakfast is great value and good quality. The rooms are spacious I had a king size bed in a single room! It’s a little walk to the centre but worth the walk. 

Excellent value Buxton stay

Great hotel and service,  would definitely recommend to anyone travelling through Buxton or the local area. Nice clean rooms, friendly and efficient service and the breakfast in the morning was excellent.

We found the room clean, quiet and comfortable. However our room overlooked the hotel carpark not the Tesco Express service station next door.
The outside/carpark area left a lot to be desired with rubbish floating around and many discarded cigarette butts outside the front door.
The vandalised smashed up car in the garage area left us feeling uneasy about parking on the premises. 

Comfortable & quiet. Good location, a good walk to the town centre.

Stayed for  one night   and everything from friendly welcoming staff to lovely food and super comfy bed. The breakfast  and evening Dinner  was fabulous. I stay all over the country  with my work and always opt for Premier inn whenever possible you cant go wrong with them 

Usual Premier inn high standard

We frequently stay at Premier Inns around the country - they are consistently clean, staff are lovely and the sleep quality is usually the best (beds are super comfortable), which is why we come back.

It was our first visit to Buxton Premier Inn after a long day out walking - the staff were very pleasant and helpful on both the front desk and in the restaurant, and we were pleased to find that our room was nice and big.  However, we had the worst night in a long time, first woken at around 1-ish by noise and rowdy behaviour from other hotel residents, which (after they had finally quietened down) meant that we both struggled to get back to sleep.  We didn't stay for breakfast, cut short our visit and came straight home. Not a reflection on Buxton Premier Inn at all, sadly, but it wasn't the best experience.

Noisy neighbours

The staff were friendly and helpful but unfortunately there didn’t seem to be much in the way of sound insulation in the room as we struggled to sleep due to noise next door and upstairs. Fairly disappointing considering I booked this due to the consistent nature of Premier Inn.

Friendly staff but didn’t sleep well

My stay was amazing I stayed for work and the stay was amazing I couldn’t wish for a better place to stay. All the staff are amazing and friendly and go out of their way to help you. I had the meal deal and it is definitely worth it and some of the best food I’ve had in a hotel
