Visited as part of a stopover at the start of a family holiday. On arrival my daughter had fallen asleep, walked into reception with a sleeping child on my shoulder and our bags. The receptionist gave a warm welcome and another gentleman behind the desk kindly took our bags to our room. We are in the restaurant and the waitress got a child seat for my daughters dolly and made her experience really special. On checking out another 2 members of staff asked my daughter how her stay was and gave her and her dolly an activity kit and some sweets. I’ve stayed in lots of hotels with much higher perceived levels of service and the team at Bromsgrove are up there with the best of them. 

Excellent and attentive staff 

Booked for a two night stay as we were going to a wedding. Found the room to be clean and acceptable after all, we only needed to sleep there. Brilliant shower, very quiet room and extremely comfortable bed. No facilities to eat here, but there is a Harvester pub just down the road (not walking distance) and a brilliant breakfast there. The room had the usual tea / coffee facilities and use of a hairdryer. Our room backed onto the garden belonging to the pub next door. (No noise from it at all) Would recommend if you’re just looking for somewhere to put your head down. Rates were very good compared to other hotels around.

Good Little Place

Good value, and very comfortable bed.  Helpful and friendly in reception.  Would certainly stay there again if another night is needed in the area.  Quiet where we were, on the side away from the main road.

One night stay

We needed a bed for the night at short notice and were directed to this small and quaint hotel next to the Swan Inn. On arrival we were greeted by Sophia who made us most welcome and got us sorted out quickly. Sadly, there are no breakfast facilities but an early morning restaurant across the road which we did not use because of time constraints.

Late Booking

Attended a wedding in Upton Warren near Wychbold Droitwich Words...very convenient to M5 motorway...although no breakfast was available it's available close by so to us was not a problem...staff friendly & helpful...rooms very clean & beds very comfortable.. excellent value travelling as a family.

Convenient

Stayed here on route to an expensive spa hotel for my partner’s birthday and this ended up being the better of the two. The absolutely lovely lady on reception heard about the birthday and brought up a very sweet gift and card. Conveniently location next to a pub. Room was clean and the bed was one of the comfiest I’ve slept in. Thanks so much!

Great customer service!

We was up there for the Steam Gala on the Severn Valley Railway and stayed at the Premier Inn Saturday/Sunday night.The Premier Inn exterior was made to look like a mock Tudor Building and had a very large car park. The room was clean and I would say for the price very reasonable. Next door is a pub, not connected with the Premier Inn, which served good quality real ale and a meal at reasonable prices. If anyone was up there for more or less the same thing I would recommend this place to stay.
