Such a lovely surprise for a budget hotel. It was clean and bright, room was ample sized and everything fresh and comfy. Bed particularly comfy! Vegan breakfast options were hash browns, steamed toms, baked beans, fruit, toast, vegan spread, vegan milk. Also we asked for vegan sausages and we got some as well. All very hot and tasty. Most amazing though of all is the staff. We saw so many different team members on reception and across the hotel and all are so friendly and lovely. Really premium customer service. Whoever created that vibe or who trains everyone has this spot on. They’re all epic and it might be a budget hotel, but it’s a five star customer service experience.
