A very comfortable, pleasant weekend at Brackley Hatch Premier Inn. Room clean and quite a big room (standard). Only thing missing was a two point charging point in the bathroom for an electric toothbrush. Electric radiator on wall efficient so nice and warm when needed.

All staff, both at reception and in the restaurant at breakfast were friendly, efficient and helpful. Siouxzanne at reception helped us take our luggage upstairs as no lifts. Ensured we had enough towels in our room. June had prepared the room, all fine. Restaurant staff were extremely polite and helpful every morning. Sarah, the cook, Amelia and Holly, the waitresses, were cheerful and particular about keeping food stations well-stocked.

Very convenient for our weekend at Silverstone, approximately 3 miles , 5 minutes by car.

Enjoyable Silverstone Stay

Have stayed in Premier Inn's often over the years, this one has to be the worst experience of them all.  Access to the hotel isn't clear,  also dangerous, as following an immediate U-Turn off a very busy dual  carriageway ( legal U-turn), the access signs should be made a hell of a lot clearer, I found myself traveling back up the carriageway to ensure I was safe and my passengers were safe as we were unsure how to enter.  Again, on the correct side to enter to the left, the signage is not clear. 

  No access to toilets in reception, but despite requesting to use a toilet I was informed there wasn't one, so following a long journey, the check in experience was very lengthy, and I was the last of a party of 3 to be checked in.  Although I do not have any disabilities, for guests who require access to facilities, this is shocking.  
On check out, there were an abundance of staff in uniform congregated outside the main doors of the hotel smoking, this looked disgraceful, and extremely unprofessional.  Having to walk out into a plume of cigarette and vape smoke was disgusting, I understand staff need to take a break, however provide a smoking shelter out of the way of access and egress routes that cannot be seen by guests is required.

The pub next door was dirty, dirty glasses strewn across the bar, dirty tables, fridges under stocked.  The pub was freezing cold too.  The food was shocking, my meal was inedible, my desert was cold too,   

Not what you expect from a Premier Inn

Had a great experience. Very warm welcome from an amazing lady called siouxzanne who managed to sort rooms last minute for my self and colleague. Very informative about hotel and local knowledge when we asked for help. Would highly recommend. Service above and beyond.5 star all the way. Thank you soxy.

5 star + service

Excellent hotel. Very easy to find and just a few miles from Silverstone race circuit.
Stayed one night after japfest. Very friendly and welcoming. The room was great. Bath and shower, tv, WiFi.
Slept great the bed was super comfortable. No road noise which surprised us as we were very close. 
Quiet hotel and buffet breakfast.
The chef was lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. 
Would 100% recommend a stay here and will be going back next year.

Excellent value for money

Such a lovely warm welcome from Kasia when I arrived and she was incredibly helpful, and gave me all the information I needed without the need to any of the questions I was going to ask.

The hotel was lovely and Kasia made it feel very homely, and did not make me feel uncomfortable when I arrived before my husband, thank you so much, and for making our stay.

Loved this hotel, very comfortable and friendly

Very easy to find convenient location also there was some roadworks outside but all good nice fresh breakfast in tge morning and greeted by everyone with lovely smiles. Look small but quite big but you can’t even notice it as it’s nice and quiet

Nice Silverstone hotel

stayed here for family event, staff very welcome and helpful. Clean and modern room. site do not have a lift but not a major issue. had brilliant breakfast served by Julie which was nice experience next door pub handy for drinks

good handy location, quiet even that is next to busy road nice hot breakfast served in the morning helpful staff and nice pub next door for drinks and food if needed, quick and easy check in which was handful

Stopped here many times before, nice hotel close to Silverstone Circuit. Staff friendly and helpful, typical corporate Whitbread / Premier Inn, with plenty of parking. 

The hotel is looking a little tired now and shocked that at over £100 per night they want to charge another £10 for checking in 30 minutes early, like Travelodge do.

Typical Premier Inn

Hotel is great - usual Premier Inn formula but done especially well at this particular one. Comfy beds, nice rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff. Just make sure you avoid the Green Man pub (next to it but owned separately) as the food there takes forever.
