I went to stay here for 1 night after family crisis, Omer the owner/Proprietor was so charming and welcoming , the decor is a work in Progress but everywhere was immaculately clean , I extended my stay by an extra night but when I realised it was convenient for work I booked another 5 nights ( 7 in total ) and moved to a single room to save money . The dining room is open all day do you can eat whenever you like which is much more generous than your average B & B .There is a big Garden , washing machine available with washing powder etc . 
I would  recommend Charde B & B to anyone and it would be my first choice when I have visitors from London who need somewhere to stay .
Thank you Omer for helping me at a very difficult moment in my life , you are a very generous kind person and I wish you every success as you thoroughly deserve it :-) 

Most Welcoming and relaxing B & B 

A very convenient and economical place to stay if you are visiting the NEC. Very convenient  and parking is good. There are a number of good restaurants near by. A very easy going hotel. Breakfast is  very adhoc. The rooms and facilities are satisfactory for the price paid.

Convenient for the NEC

Basic accommodation, friendly staff, value for money, perfect stay over for an early flight from Birmingham airport, breakfast included (even at 3am), clean bedding, a little cold in the room but it was a particularly cold snd windy night outside.

Perfect stay over before an early flight

Due to weather we decided to stay the night before our flight I was worried what it would be like due to the terrible reviews, I was pleasantly surprised the room we had was clean warm and comfortable the only thing I’d change would be the pillows, we didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that if you only want a bed for the night this is an ideal place so close to the airport 

Good value 

I required a place for 4 days while I attended the NEC, about an £8 Uber ride away. Everywhere else was further away by far and the closer ones were double or triple the price or more.
The reviews were in general 50% terrible but I listened to the others that seemed genuine and I am glad, the owner or manager is genuinely polite as are all the staff, the breakfast is fresh and what it is, a self serve juices, cereal and toast with condiments lol.
The rooms are clean but dated and tired, not filthy, the beds comfy
It is also a great base for the airport literally next door

Genuinely, it is what it is for the money and location

Absolutely disgusting and unfit for animals. I am a landlord and i could never rent out a place as disgusting and as run down as this, how they are able to run this as a business and profit from it is beyond me. I am speechless and only wish i had checked the reviews first. I booked a room here for my daughter who was visiting the arena for a concert, she was even scared to eat the cornflakes or drink the water it was so disgusting, they need prosecuting and exposing.

Yes it's close to NEC but truly a horrid place to stay and I couldn't even bear to take photos of the fridge

Booked for a overnight stay close to airport through booking.com who sell this as a 3 star establishment 😂. Honestly the dirtiest,damp and disgusting place I have ever visited. I could write paragraphs however probably just best to view the photos attached. Pay more and be safe.  

Disgusting 

This place needs condemning. It’s disgusting throughout I don’t need to write a review. Look at the pics. 
Mould. Damp. Filthy. Dangerous. Uninhabitable throughout. Out of date condiments and food hence we skipped breakfast. Toilet and sink hanging off. The list goes on

Unbelievably disgusting

It's hard to describe how bad this experience was. 
I'll start with the positive. It's very close to the airport! Perfect.
The bad 
It's run down.
It's dirty 
Stains on sheets, quilts, duvets, pillows.
Mould everywhere in the bathroom.
The walls were yellow, and the room stank of smoke.
I'm struggling to put into words how dirty this place is. Cutlery and crockery sticks to the breakfast table.
It needs a deep clean and rapidly. The mattresses were so bad every spring moved in different directions and one bed the mattress was on a slant .
It's shocking.
