I have stayed here before and the place is wonderful . The receptionist Alina made us fels like kings . The service she provided is world class. The rooms are big and cosy and we booked breakfast as well. The breakfast is Inter Continental and a mix of both hot and cold dishes. The Hotel has a great location with a big shopping mall behind it. I gladly come back soon again because of the professional service that the workers provide. I left my clothes for Washing and got them back in the Morning after. Best Hotel and service in Kharkiv probably

What was good
Location, comfortable bed, cleanliness, stuff and housekeepers are very nice.
What was bad
Nothing may be just the size of the bathtub is a little small and the elevator is slow and a little hot but not big problem for me.
